Shower would not drain. Talked to staff and they said they would fix it. They did not fix it.

I highly recommend this motel if you are staying in the Townsend area. It is very clean and quiet. It is conveniently located on the greenway trail. You can actually walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Very nice motel with friendly staff!!!

First of all, we love the hotel we stayed there before but on the night we checked in your front desk lady was very rude. She did not need to be on the front desk for sure. I’ve been in retail 28 years and she couldn’t work for me other than that quite a pleasant stay.

We stayed one night after the Gatlinburg parade. The room was very large. It was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. We went back into Gatlinburg for breakfast and shopping in the morning. It was perfect for the money.

Room was clean enough for a one night stay. Half the channels on TV didn’t work and the woman working at front desk didn’t seem to care, as she had no answer or concern to help resolve the issue. Never felt welcomed here. Will likely not stay here again.

Last minute trip to the mountains...-clean, quite and comfortable. Good breakfast.

Unfriendly front desk clerk. There were roaches or bed bugs in my room, they were little and I squished them before determining what they are but everything will be washed before going in my house. Being a pet-friendly hotel, I brought along my 2 small dogs not knowing there was a page of rules, which I had no issue with BUT the front desk clerk decided to add one not on the list. She added that the dogs were not allowed on the bed because of allergies of other guests. I don’t have an issue with my dogs not being on the bed. However, do they not wash the linens between guests??? I was grossed out and disgusted by this so I used a blanket from my car to cover the bed before sleeping on top of it. The A/C never cooled the room to which the morning clerk said that there were guests in there the night before and they had not mentioned it. I wasn’t complaining, just making a note so they could fix it. The bugs…that issue was a complaint. If I had not been traveling since midnight the night before, I would have declined the stay but they probably would have wanted to keep my money anyway. On a positive note, the waffle for breakfast was delicious.

Cleaning staff member unlocked and opened the door without knocking to ask what time we are checking out 1.5hrs before check out time. Extreme violation of privacy.
