Un hotel ancien, mais tout à fait correct. Au vu de certaines critiques, je craignais un peu d'être déçu, mais le séjour s'est bien passé. La chambre était tout à fait correct ainsi que les repas. Seul bémol, les jus de fruits très synthétiques et infectes du petit déjeuner. Sinon ensemble très satisfaisant pour le prix.

Terrible services overall, especially with reception and dining personal. The Spa, bar and room services was acceptable. Will never return to this hotel nor recommend it to workers and friend. Disappointed and dissatisfied

L’hôtel est vraiment beau et le personnel est au petit soin La piscine extérieure est immense mais gelée. Mais il y a une piscine intérieure chauffée donc top Petit bémol sur le choix de mets proposés pour le petit déjeuner ! Si vous devez dîner sur place, préférez le buffet au restaurant (plus de choix local)

Very big hotel and it was very crowded due to season here I think. Restaurant open buffet and delicious food rooms and big and clean.but only one thing was really problem for us we were here for business trip amd when we arrived at hotel reception told us:you can not use wifi at the rooms only in loby it can be accessible and we re surprised and in loby there is live music how we can focus on the job we asked again if its possible to give at least 1hour limited access from the room they told us there is no possibility for that you can come loby and you can work at loby.. in 2022 how it can be possible in such a big hotel like that.. unfortunately i had to write here thatpoint its very important for people who is traveling for business…

Un rapide sejour dans un hotel tres agreable, chaleureux et sympatique a Tozeur. Tout d'abord, un remerciement special pour Ayda qui nous vraiment très bien reçus et qui est très professionnelle. Juste après nous tenons à remercier toute l'équipe, notamment du bar et les femmes de chambre qui sont particulierement soigneuses. Un sejour vraiment très agréable et que je conseille a tout le monde. Pour être honnête, je termine juste par une petite remarque : merci de monter un peu le chauffage dans les parties communes, bar et hall.

The hotel has an excellent architecture. The staff are all very friendly and cheerful unfortunately the fact that there’s no wifi in the rooms has disappointed my children who had to spend most of the time in the vicinity of the reception hall.

Everything about this Hotel Is terrible. Nothing of the advertised "luxury" is true. Dirty rooms. Hairs everywhere, and dirty sheets. Bathroom was filthy and water was cold. No water in the rooms, or to be bought, even though you cannot drink the tap water. Food is terrible and no roomservice. Only sandwiches and pizza. Nightclub under my room went until 5 am tv didnt work. No wifi in room,a nd only really slow connection in lobby. No one speaks English. No non smoking rooms. My door couldnt be locked The safe didnt work. Very rude staff.

hôtel agréable et magnifique très belle chambre et restaurant bon dans l'ensemble il faudrait plus de salades mais la nourriture était très bonne j'ai adoré c'était excellent du début à la fin je le recommande vivement

The hotel was comfortable enough. The beds were reasonable. They had a bathtub and shower. The biggest problem for me was that the rooms did not have internet. Nor could anyone get the internet in the dining room while you were having breakfast or dinner. The buffet breakfast was average.
