Great location (though I regretted not booking the Hilton doubletree around the corner). Feels more like an Airbnb serviced by a hotel. Checkin process was confusing (had to go to a different hotel - hotel said we got instructions but we checked and had nothing from them). We got great restaurant recommendations from the front desk attendant. The coffee in the room is not free - they charge a euro for each capsule. Who does that these days? We paid for breakfast as part of our stay. Breakfast was ok but very weak compared to most places at this price we have stayed at. The coffee (as per of breakfast) was wonderful. Parking was cumbersome - we had to park in a nearby garage which was a good 10 minute walk away. Overall a solid experience but we expected more given price and alternatives in Trieste. Trieste itself was marvelous especially miramare castle

Fantastic location, central to walking streets in city center, staff were first rate, especially at reception desk. Room was nicely appointed, a little dated - but comfortable and good space to spread out. Biggest issue: shower was pathetic. It looked super fancy with nozzles, sprayers, and overhead shower head, but nothing worked, and water came out in a trickle. Also quite small, and showering was near impossible due to zero water supply/pressure. Rinsing off - especially the undercarriage bits - was very difficult. Too bad because otherwise the place was great.

Amazing experience! We felt like we stayed in a private apar**ent - we got upgrade to a "room" that actually was a suite with separate bed room, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, and 7(!!!) small balconies. All worked well, was clean, the bed was super comfortable... we would have loved to stay longer! Valet parking worked very well (since the hotel and its dependence in which our apar**ent was is in a pedestrian zone there´s no way to park your car), staff was friendly, and the bar for morning espresso and aperitivo just in front of our door. It can´t get any better!

Great hotel in the center of Trieste. Close to Piazza Unita D’Italia as well as the Grand Canal. On great shopping street and lots of great restaurants nearby. Hotel offers reasonably priced car valet car service.

What an incredibly impressive historic building (1907) with updated, modern interiors. Units A and B are across the street from the Continentale Hotel, while units C and D are just around the corner. Staff at the hotel are wonderful, and breakfast is included. Daily housekeeping for the suites. The Palace Suites are incredibly quiet.

If you have a rental, very hard to get to. Parking is a pain and that’s with the ability to valet. The office to check in differs from the place you stay and is confusing. It’s mentioned in the reservation but the address is not provided. The air conditioning didn’t work well and it stated they had laundry (washer) but our suite/apar**ent didn’t have one. (We selected it because there was one). This is an apar**ent not a hotel. Breakfast was not included and over priced. It was fine for one night but expensive.

Lots of positives including an excellent location, friendly staff and great space for families. The room is nothing fancy but clean and efficient. Check in was difficult as we actually had to check in the hotel next door and get a key, but there were no clear instructions and it took a while to figure that out. Note you are staying in apar**ent like building and have to walk to the hotel which is near by though. Some of our family members were staying at a different hotel for a cheaper price near by and their room and hotel were significantly better. Anyways Trieste is charming city and this is a solid overall hotel but there may be other options worth exploring.

We stayed in one of the apar**ents of the hotel, situated in a heart of Trieste. The duplex was spacious, stylishly decorated and fully equipped with all the required amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will certainly be back on our next trip to Trieste.
