When arriving in the room there was no fireplace! Look at the pictures when booking….it shows a fireplace! When asking about switching to a room with a fireplace…we needed to let them know sooner! It was less than 5 minutes. I use ******* a lot and have not run into this before! We will not stay at this property again and will do reviews on trip advisor and *******!

The accommodation was clean and okay, but it was quite different from what was described. We booked the highest-rated studio suite lake view for four people, but all we had was a queen-sized bed and a sofa that only one person could lie on. There was a large separate room by the lake (as shown in the photo), but it was not that place; instead, it was a building like an inn. We could barely fit the kids to sleep, but it was definitely not a room for four people to sleep in. The 2 beds and 1 sofa mentioned in the reservation were not there. I asked over the phone, and they said this was the correct room, so I hope people booking do not make a mistake.

A very important thing to note about these rooms is that even if they say lakeside, they are actually roadside. There is not a view of the lake from the lakeside rooms and if you are in one of the rooms along the road, it can be noisy. Our comfort studio could have been nice, but things like a shower door we had to put back on the tracks and drafty windows in the winter took away from the comfort. It's an area that has the potential to be great, but the general listing is misleading for what we actually received.

Our little cabin was very clean, bed was very comfortable and decor matched the Tahoe surroundings. The kitchenette was a surprise with knotty pine wood, table and chairs, all the appliances you can imagine. However, the wall next to the small gas stove/oven had a burned out section. That was unsettling! As soon as that happened, it should have been fixed immediately.

This is our second time staying here, and always exceed our expectations, it’s super clean, cozy, secure and relaxing.

We got there and they gave us total different room. And the furnace is not working. It is -5C outside. The pictures shown are very misleading. The staff is not very helpful when we told her that the heater is not working. She said she can only bring us two small heaters. So this place is totally a scam.

Great place to stay right next to Lake Tahoe. Private beach with a little dock was very nice.

Everything else is great, but if you expect to use internet during the stay, then this is not the place for you

Very comfortable and cute rooms. Everything was very clean upon arrival. Good value.
