Beautiful room with a great view and fireplace! It was so lovely! Delicious breakfast in the morning! Staff was so kind and always willing to help with anything. They even gave us a free bottle of champagne because the water was being worked on but we never encountered a problem with the water so it was perfect!

We stayed at the Benchmark Inn for 7 glorious days in May. Our room (room 7) was comfortable and spotlessly clean. It came with its own deck and loungers, with views of the harbour, where we could chill after a "busy" day in Provincetown. Breakfast was a veritable feast of fruits, cereals, meats and cheeses and home made pastries and bread. The Benchmark Inn is located in a quiet street, whilst still being close to the centre of town. The staff, especially Daniel were exceptional. Knowledgeable, friendly and always happy to go the extra mile to ensure all their guests had the best possible holiday. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Benchmark Inn. Thank you to Daniel and Dan for making our stay in PTown unforgettable.

The staff at Benchmark Inn were hospitable! Daniel was knowledgeable about the area and gave us helpful suggestions on where to eat and visit. The Inn is a block from the ocean and all the stores were very nice. The people in town were also very friendly. Daniel and Dan, owners, were very organized and breakfast was super yummy! Don, the manager, kept our room immaculate and was very friendly as well. These gentleman made us feel very welcome as if this was our home too! Thank you and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful, quaint, meticulous clean, decadent food, warm and friendly hosts !! Benchmark Inn is a lovely Inn on a quiet street w beautiful water views on the balcony ! Dan, Daniel and Don were wonderful hosts who welcomed us to their Inn and gave us advice on places to eat and places to ride our bike . Absolutely will be coming back to this lovely Inn that sits in the most friendly town in America .

An outstanding guest house. Very nice accommodations overall with clean, modern decor, simple check-in/check-out, super central to everything in Provincetown, but quietly tucked away a half block in from the main street. Friendly/helpful staff. Excellent experience!

We loved our stay at the Benchmark Inn It was a great location, very nicely run place - wonderful hospitality and very nice breakfast. The room was beautiful, clean, nicely updated bathroom, small serviceable kitchen area, gas fireplace, with access to roof deck, sweeping views of the ocean and rooftops of Provincetown. We met one of the owners and had a fun conversation during breakfast, he clearly love what he is doing. Highly recommended.

Dan and Daniel were phenomenal hosts and may our stay a really relaxing and enjoyable experience. From their walking/hiking tips, to fresh breakfast each morning, they made Ptown feel more like home. We loved the private access to our room from the deck. Clean, quiet, and few blocks away from the heart of the city. Would highly recommend the Benchmark Inn!

My experience staying at the Benchmark Inn was wonderful! I am so thankful for Dan, Daniel and Team, as well as for the fellow guests I had the opportunity to meet. It was so easy to lose track of time, just from chatting and swapping stories. Dan and Daniel were super kind and accomodating. The location was fantastic. It was a lovely, short walk into town. I felt extremely safe the entire time, especially walking to and from the restaurants at night. The Inn itself was clean and very well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, and had everything I could need. The breakfast each morning was beautiful too, a very nice set up and selection. I look forward to visiting again in the future!
