Very clean and newly renovated, excellent location for exploring downtown Tucson. Reception staff helpful but not particularly personable. The hotel has a very slick feel but not overly friendly, but maybe that’s just our taste. A bit noisy but that’s to be expected due to its downtown location.

The Leo Kent Hotel in Tucson, Arizona was only seven months old when I visited for six nights during Christmas, 2023. It is convenient to everything. The Amtrak train station is within walking distance. The City Transit Center is five blocks away, and buses and the downtown trolley were free during the time I visited Tucson. A YMCA two blocks away allowed me to swim each day for $10. A bank with an ATM is just outside the door and around the corner.

The room I booked was not the room they gave me. The Tv didn’t work and was given the run around about it for hours. It still didn’t work at time of check out. The spare bed did not have sheets or a blanket or pillows. When I called to the front desk about that they let it ring continuously with no answer.

This trendy upscale hotel in the heart of downtown Tucson is truly a gem. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar and the beautiful amenities. Definitely recommend!

It was okay of a stay service was excellent room was some what dirty..not to mention there was a big hole on the ceiling..it was disappointing to find out you have to pay for wifi. The entrance to the hotel and the parking was a maze and not to mention there is two different elevators just to get to the room..especially for someone that is handicap..very tiring.
