Beautiful, peaceful little oasis in the jungle away from the bustle of the main roads. Gorgeous young woman at front desk was so helpful and always had a smile. Delicious breakfast, extremely clean and comfortable rooms. All staff were very friendly. Walk next door to Holistika for yoga classes and great vegetarian restaurant. I didn’t need to leave this place my whole short trip to Tulum.

It was just want we need it silent, nice & clean the personal who works there are amazing, very helpful; the deco of the hotel is beautiful everywhere you see the bar the pool the roms reception. and the music at the bar & pool it was just perfect thank you

We had a great time at TIKI TIKI - the hotel is beautiful and the staff was wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are big and we had lovely views out over the jungle. You can walk to town where we found lot of great restaurants.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Tiki Tiki for 8 nights in April 2024, and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision. This small, tropical midcentury modern-style boutique design hotel is tucked away in the hip Valeta neighborhood, easy walking distance to a number of cute restaurants and bars. The indoor-outdoor lobby area and large rooms have amazing hand-painted tile floors, the pool is beautiful and surrounded by lush jungle plants, the included breakfast is delicious, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s not that close to the beach zone, but you can rent an ebike or moped at the hotel and get there easily. We were so glad we decided to stay here instead of at the beach – this is chill and laid back yet still fun, while the beach area is crowded and hectic. There are plenty of beach clubs you can visit for the day. I can’t say enough good things about how cool this hotel is. A true hidden gem in Tulum!

The hotel is a lovely intimate oasis well located just a few blocks from the edge of Centro. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the poo/ lounge area is perfect for enjoying a healthy lite breakfast, taking a refreshing dip or enjoying an afternoon cocktail.

Lovely boutique hotel in Tulum. We had a really nice stay for 4 nights - great staff, lovely pool and the hotel feels like it’s in the jungle. Rooms were nice, very clean and the breakfast was very good too. Would definitely go back. Thank you!!

The Tiki Tiki hotel is situated at the outskirts of Tulum bordering from one side with the jungle. The hotel is decorated in great artistic taste and the rooms are spacious and welcoming. But most of all, I would like to commend the staff at the front desk Julie, Samantha and Sofia for being so friendly and accommodating us so nicely. Recommending places to see, relaxation spots, restaurants (two were really great) and small tips that made our stay even better. Thanks so much!

The best decision we made to stay here! We spent four nights here, March 2024. The rooms and vibe of the place is great. We loved the quiet location. We had a rental car so driving to the beach, restaurants etc was not an issue. There is a street right at the hotel that had a lot of fantastic restaurants and shops. The room was well appointed, Julie at the desk was unbelievably helpful, she made our stay great. Breakfast included was a massive bowl of fresh fruit, juice, coffee or tea and toast. We loved it all!

We had a lovely stay at Tiki Tiki. Samantha and Julie were so sweet and helpful during our stay, and we loved the area and beautiful facilities. We could rent bikes for the nearby cenotes which also was a big plus. We highly recommend Tiki Tiki and will definitly come back if we are ever in the area again :) Thank you! ☀️
