Room didn't have much in the way of amenities. It was smokey and very loud in the hallway. Staff was very helpful, friendly and nice, though.

When we first checked in and got to our room as soon as we closed the door the lock on the door fell off, also the remote wouldn’t turn the tv on.. so we went and told front desk and they put us in another room. Okay, next in our new room there was stains on the wall in bathroom and also the beds felt like a brick. Only gave theee pillows on bed to accommodate two people which wasn’t comfortable by no means considering when we woke up the next day our back and neck was hurting. Did not think this was a comfortable stay what-so-ever!

The room was nice however there was a countless host of ladybugs literally everywhere. There was no frig or microwave in the room. Hotel staff wasn’t really friendly and professional. The second floor was quite noisy and is not ideal if you’re a light sleeper.

Upon arrival to room no remote for TV but maintenance came to rescue 30 minutes later all while dealing with quit a few guest due to concert in facility

The cigarette smoke was so strong that many in our party had a hard time staying both nights. The rooms smelled as bad as the ******. All 6 floors of rooms were severely affected. We had to shower and wash our clothes when we got home and our lungs hurt for days. I’ve never had that before. Customer service was good. No complaints about that.

Just an over night stay for us, room was very nice. Empty Mountain Dew bottle was on the floor by the heater wasn’t ours, but other than that it was clean an very comfortable. I’d definitely recommend

Everything about this property was nice until around 1am Sunday morning. I was laying in the bed watching tv when I seen something move and I looked and it was a mice. My boyfriend scared it back into its little hole and we put a towel in the hole. The room and staff was nice but that’s the only problem I had with the property.

I had reserved a room with a king sized bed. I am 6'2" tall. When i got to my room it was a double full size bed room. We went back to the front desk but was told they had no kings available. The man at the desk was no help and we voiced our disapproval. We went back to the room and got a call from another employee who did find a king bed. Was very frustrating. Other than that the stay was fine. Some of the staff were unprofessional.

Was told upon arrival to take off our hats, although it was 15 degrees outside. Then was told its ok to wear our hats. The hotel room only 3 pillows, although it was booked for 2 adults. The TV had horrible reception and the basic internet was extremely slow.
