After 10 hours of driving, I arrived to find that they cancelled my reservation!! Because it was college move-in weekend, most other hotels were booked and theirs was completely full. They did nothing to help me find another reservation elsewhere and ******* DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY THAT I PREPAID!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!

This was by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was exactly the way it is advertised. It was very accommodating for my disabled parent. My favorite part was having the Harley Davidson store as my view. I enjoyed being able to walk over and shop. The continental breakfast was also on point. The next time I visit Tuscaloosa, this will be my hotel of choice.

It was a nice place with cool bathroom amenities fixed to the walls. The dining area has a room for the food and a separate area for the dining, which makes you feel safe when grabbing your breakfast.

When we got to our room part of the plaster off of the ceiling in bathroom had fallen all in bathroom and manager came right up and cleaned everything up. He was very nice-offered us another room but it was late and we just wanted to sleep

Very clean and comfortable. Extremely easy access to I-20. Staff is very friendly and thoughtful, especially the young man who checked me in — and made sure to save some cookies on a plate for me after he made a fresh batch! (They are very yummy and are scarfed up quickly).

The staff at the front desk were super friendly. Our room didn’t get cleaned the second day. When we went to ask for more towels they were out except for hand towels. Breakfast wasn’t very good.

We had to clean the tub before we could use it. The elevators were out so moving up to a higher floor would have been tough since we had already unpacked. We are in our 60’s do it was tough enough getting to where we were. The pillows were way too soft. I slept with three when I usually sleep with one. Breakfast was cold. Biscuits were on a covered plate and not kept warm. No microwave in breakfast area to heat them. Only friendly employe was the guy that checked us in.
