The staff were wonderful polite and smiling, had a problem with a unused cigarette in our bed on the first night we are non smokers, checked the bed all clean and spotless as well as the room. Took it down to the lobby the next morning and whilst having breakfast our room was given a clean and bed all changed, my wife who discovered the item even received a bottle of wine nice touch and not expected. The room was a Lagoon view but as nature would have it no view No view as there was a massive tree in front of our patio. Meals were massive enjoyed our staff for the second time 20years.

Huge house! Back from the lagoon, very quiet position, lots of stairs to navigate as it’s on 4 levels. Layout perfect for 4 couples.house in need of a deep clean and make over, very tired. Outdoor area could benefit from some deck chairs . Lounge/ kitchen was lovely and huge but totally lacked any ambiance! Some throws would have been a nice touch for the lovely big couch. Kitchen had everything we needed and more.
