friendliness of the staff is superb, cleanliness- is great. the rooms are just fine, however they need an upgrade or new decorations. the WIFI connection is very horrible. the TVs are bad, I couldn't watch my favorite show because I couldn't change the channel, increase the volume the remote was not working. I tried changing on the tv with no luck, the quality of the pictures on the tv was very terrible I felt like I was watching on the old version(90s) kind of TVs

No value for money. For the types of rooms at this hotel, the charged amount should include breakfast. Your rooms are just ordinary but your prize is too high. Please look at including breakfast for the prize you are charging.

The stay was excellent, with the hotel staff being so friendly, hospitable and helpful. The environment is healthy and conveniently placed for access to amenities. I came all the way from Giyani with my kids only to find that the swimming pool will only be available after the customers of crawdaddys are gone which will be around 21h00....I'm like really? Then I ended up taking my kids elsewhere for a swim and came back to sleep......guess what.....they say the lift has a sleeping couch which doesn't even extend then in the morning booooommm after two people took a shower.....no more hot water. I had to bath with a cold shower early in the morning......it was not worth the money I've spent there

Everything went well my stay was comfortable enough. The food was excellent. Relaxation was the order of the day. Just on my check out day water just went cold on us but due the fact that I was in hurry, I highlighted it at reception when checking out

Cleanliness are perfect. Friendliness of staff,superb. Family room has great space. Wifi are fast. Buffet breakfast delicious and offer great variety. Will be back soon. Safe, neat, good space, exactly what I am looking for.

The room was clean and staff was very friendly, my issue was with the WiFi once your inside the room there's no connection, it is like the wifi is meant for the dining at the restaurant or parking but not for the room because this is my 5th or more experience with poor or no wifi connection only in the rooms but the rest superb.

Yhooo it was extremely bad,the rooms were sooo bad with a very bad smell water was cold my kid’s couldn’t bath because of cold water,food was bad we ended up not eating the food that we bought/ordered in their restaurant, we were supposed to sleep nor spend two nights there but we couldn’t because everything was just bad.
