As i checked into the hotel, i was allotted a room which had no balcony, no space, and no proper ventilation, contrary to what i booked, which was a super-deluxe room. After talking to the hotel management about how the room assigned to me was not worth 9000- per night, they assigned us to the room that we could say was super-deluxe. Afterwards, when asked about the spa services, they informed us that the staff is on leave, hence the voucher for foot spa is somehow not applicable. Lastly, during the checkout, they told us that the food and voucher is not applicable unless we had a single bill. Moreover, my stay wasn't worth 9000 bucks per night.
