The service at this hotel was very good. We were not happy with our rooms but they went out of their way to accommodate us. The groups and setting within the palace are beautiful and the food at breakfast was fresh. They were happy to make anything on request. We didn't use the pool facilities but it looked welcoming.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful palace. It was certainly a gorgeous oasis to recover a bit from a long jet lag. Restaurant : very good. Staff very helpful . A beautiful aspect of the lake

The experience is regal of living in a palace. The place seems to have waning relevance in the big picture of current times. But the service staff here is next level and makes you feel royal with all your de***ds met with a smile and in an instant. Food was awesome at Paantya and special mention of Kuldeep Rathore and Lalu Ram is in order for the brilliant personalised breakfast service we had at Paantya. All in all, wonderful overall.

The food is amazing and the service is awesome... Nirbhay Singh and Raam Singh are treat us with very awesomeness .. We order paneer makhani and it is very nice in test and most precious is angoor rasmalai for dessert... We suggest to try it. Overall it is very nice

We had a great experience having lunch here. Everything was good except the quantity. And Pratap Singh and the whole team welcomed us well. Service was good. Vibe was good too!!! You can plan to visit!!! For sure!!! .......................

Lalu Ram provided exceptional service for breakfast. He provided us everything we requested for and accommodated Jain options for us. All the items we ordered for breakfast tasted really good. All the rooms are really big and will make you feel royal
