「The stay was really good. Spacious rooms facing the beautiful lake. Quality room service and house keeping with experienced staff. Only one major drawback is location. If you follow the google map it will take you through the interior, rough roads with an extra 30 km journey. No where after the udepur highway you will see a direction board from the hotel.」

「I recently stayed at Hotel Shambhu Villas and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the City Palace and other major attractions. The highlight for me was the rooftop restaurant with an amazing view of the Udaipur skyline and the City Palace lit up at night.
The room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. Staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. I also appreciated the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the effort they put into maintaining it.
Breakfast was decent, and while the rooftop pool is small, it’s a great spot to relax in the evening. For the price, this place offers excellent value and a royal Udaipur vibe. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city!」

「I loved our room, it was a lake-view room and the view from the balcony was awesome. The room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The hotel building is much like a palace. The reason why I marked average was the staff behaviour. The welcome from the front-desk guy felt unwelcoming and almost rude. After having our breakfast , we were heading to the lawn to have our tea but we were stopped by a staff. He said that carrying beverages to the lawn was not allowed, but clearly everyone else was having tea right there then. When I objected, he finally let me go ahead. I didn’t understand why particularly we were stopped and given the lecture, they could have put up a signboard out there to make it clear to everyone. I felt discriminated, may be they targeted me out of everyone else because of my ethnicity or gender. It kind of dampened the excitement I had of the trip.」

MMimiRGExceptionally comfortable stay at the Fateh Garh resort . The location is 35 mins from the airport. Smooth checkin and the amenities were explained very well by Mriganka who has the calmest demeanour. The rooms are large and spacious and very aesthetically pleasing. Loved the brand of toiletries provided. The staff was always polite and attentive. Any request we had was handled so graciously by Veena. Nothing was an issues and they accommodated all our requests. We did the day tour with Piyush who made our entire day very pleasant. The spa service by Rose was divine after a long day of travel. We had most of our meals at the property and the indian cuisine was delicious. The breakfast spread had adequate options. The pool was impeccably maintained. We even tried the cocktails at the bar and they were well made too. Our experience was enhanced by the smiling faces of the staff throughout our stay. The property was clean, luxurious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you team Fatehgarh.

ཕཕུར་བུ་འགྲམ་དུལ་ピチョラー湖の真ん中に浮かぶレイクパレスは、ウダイプールの古典的なイメージです。この歴史的な建物は、もはや王宮ではなくホテルです。 LPはそれを世界的に有名なホテルと呼んでいます。これは誇張かもしれません。でも、何年も前に雑誌で初めて見たとき、思い出しました。
湖のほとりのさまざまな角度から水中の宮殿を見ると、特に日の出と日没の美しい光の中で、人々は好奇心をそそられます。それで次の夜、私は湖の近くの特別なドックから湖の宮殿に乗り込みました。ピチョラー湖にはヨットがありますが、日中のみ営業しています。特にシティパレスやレイクパレスの水面に映る光を眺めながら、夜にボートに乗るのは珍しい機会です。その瞬間は本当に美しく、湖の真ん中にあるホテルにボートで座っているのはさらに特別な体験です。
着陸からホテルロビーへの入場まで、案内、歓迎のスピーチ、荷物の受け取り、辰砂の注文、ハンドタオル、ウェルカムドリンクなどを行うスタッフが数名います。分業は明確です。これらは、このタイプのホテルの標準的な手順です。ウェルカムペタルが2階のテラスから散りばめられました。暗闇の中で誰も見えず、空から落ちてくるような感覚がありました。チェックイン後、サリーの姉が私を部屋に連れて行ってくれました。ホテルは広く、私の部屋は反対側にあります。私は彼女の歩き方を観察するために途中で彼女を追いかけました。サリーを歩いているインドの女性は本当に揺れていると言わざるを得ません。
宮殿としての特別なロケーションと歴史に加えて、このホテルの有名さの理由の1つは、1983年の映画007シリーズの「タコ」のシーンとして大画面に登場した可能性があります。ただ、この映画の印象はあまりなく、ロビーから部屋までの様子が少しがっかりしました。思ったほど壮大ではなく、古さの痕跡があります。ホテルは私のために部屋のタイプを無料でアップグレードしました。レイクビュールームからの眺めはとても良かったです。
翌朝早く起きてカーテンを開けると、外の湖はもう明かりが灯っていた。ホテルから見上げると、少し涼しい空気がとても新鮮で、朝の光の中の街や湖は静かで夢のようで、人々はさわやかです。朝の景色を見た後、歩き回った。大きなホテルで早起きする二人目のゲストはいないので、ある種の特別な喜びを感じます。真っ白なホテルは高貴で優雅に見え、庭は絶妙ですが、それでもすべての旅行ガイドで過度に賞賛されていると思います。
チェックアウトする前にホテルで昼食をとり、幸運にも最高の場所を選びました。パビリオンの外を見ると、反対側のシティパレスは太陽の下で金メッキされているように見えます。ハトはきらめく水の上を滑空し、時々ゲストを運ぶディンギーは湖を往復します。おそらく数百年前、王子たちはここにいて、彼らが作った美しい街を満足して見ました。

SSohrab_KhThe location: Perfect, just 2 minutes walk to the City Palace. Only notice that cars can not reach to the hotel's door because it's located inside steep alley.
The staff: very welcoming ,specially Nitesh, and trying to help us to enjoy our trip in Udaipur with their recommendations without any push to upsell hotel's services. Brilliant work by all of them, from the bellboy and doorman to the reception and the restaurant staff.
The room: very clean, great shower, amazing view to the lake. Well minimalist decorations and also writing your name on a chalkboard beside your room which is beautiful.
Foods: the lunch was so delicious, we ate Biryani. The complimentary tea on the rooftop for the sunset was an amazing idea by the hotel's managers. We didn't like the breakfast so much, it was so simple and completely different from the pictures on Google Maps but the staff's amazing attitude and behavior makes this issue go unnoticed.
One thing to notice is there is no elevator so you need to go up the stairs for 3-4 level, as there are 3 levels for the rooms and the restaurant is on the 4th level. But if you are young like us, then that wouldn't be any problem and staying at this beautiful hotel worth to climb stairs.

ゲゲストBeautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.
I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

2062 points 3 days ago-this is one of the best value for money hotel with in house restaurant. Located at one side of riddhi siddhi complex, at surajpole, udaipur. They have a basement parking facility (limited to 7-8 cars) which is really cool. Also parking is outside on road as well. Well connected with rest of old as well as new city. Places like city palace, lake pichola, lake fateh sagar are nearby (within periphery of around 2-5 kms. Sajjan garh monsoon palace is about 11 kms from here. Veg food is available in house restaurant and price is moderate and of good quality. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Service is bit slow but good. Lift available and disabled friendly. Overall, good experience. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone visiting the city first time. For city tour or arranging cab not sure, please contact manager.

HHardik SiddhpuraIf you have selected the places based on the pictures then be ready to be a bit disappointed, lower your expectations a bit the place is cheaper compared to others and that is what you will get at the price.
You have to pay for the whole stay upfront and you cannot modify later
Trip com will have no power over the modification they will be of no help trust me I tried :)
The location is 4 km away from old city which is where you will be travelling for the roof top restaurant, temples, museum and the spots of interests.
The cleanliness in the place is alright its an old place all in all it was an average stay nothing that will really please you but nothing that will make you feel upset atleast that was in our case we saw a few upset customers so I guess we lucked out on a better room comparatively.
The skydeck roof restaurant ***** with the hotel is below par to say the least the place needs more cleanliness and follow some hygiene protocols (it was lacking to be honest) again the place is nothing like you will see in the pictures even the swimming pool is something you will never use it not safe or clean it's just a big make shift well to be put precisely.
The staff and reception were polite, well behaved and helpful. Thank you for that plus.
