Good and decent hotel at this price. Clean and big room. Food also good. Only reason i am not giving 5 star is that even after asking for a hard bed, they didn't provide one. I was told they don't have harder beds. Every big hotel should have at least one or two hard bed options for travellers with back problems

This stay was very comfortable and near by busstand. reception greetings is also very conscious. overall great stay🙏🏼👍🏽

Good hospitality and a beautiful hotel with a good ambiance. The food quality was very good. Highly recommend it for families. Maintaining a neat and clean environment and rooms as well. Will visit again for my next trip to Rudrapur.

Everything is good like staff behaviour, food, room service overall my experienceed was fantastic. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
