We checked in at night on the 20th. The hotel was easy to find. The staff is courteous and the room is clean. The towels need to be better and an extra bedsheet under the quilt should be provided. Overall a comfortable stay

Satyug inn stay was very good and comfortable. Yes the rooms are a bit small but the biggest thing is that this hotel is very close to the mahakaal temple so it was very convenient. Food served here was very delicious and good. Hotel staff is very helpful and kind. Overall a wonderful place if your agenda is to visit mahakaal temple.

Booked two rooms for three night with breakfast.All three dayes hotel served the same breakfast Paratha and sandwich .No other option.checkin late night .No body at reception.staff sleeping on floor in front of reception desk.Lift buttons are very hard. Difficult to operate.Food is not good . Room are not cleaned. Wadrobe is broken, doesn't have doors. Bathroom walls and floor has stains, flush is not workinv properly. 3 night 2 Rooms family trip, 15 April 2022

The location of Kalpana Palace is perfect. At walking distance from both the railway station and the corridor - it is very accessible - but so are many other properties. All of the Mahakaal lok is surrounded by hotels. Having said that - the hotel did have a good service - the breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and nice. Hot water was available. Staff was polite and courteous. We requested for an early check in and they said if rooms are available, they will make it available early - and they did. Do check the timings and the price. Year end times, the price is too much and we felt it was not value for money. At other times (and lower rates), it shd be fine. The traffic outside does make the rooms noisy.

I really appreciate the front office desk they are very cooperative and yes they also provide us early check-in after requesting Breakfast is also good The pool area is my favourite one I really enjoy my trip and I am really happy to have a wonderful surrounded and people like imperial team The Housekeeping gave very fast service too Thank you

I have stayed with my family at this hotel during my visit to Mahakal. The location is very good, surrounded by lust green garden. The room size was very large with all the modern amenities and facilities. The room service was very quick and all the staff was very cooperative. The quality of food served at Restaurant is delicious. The breakfast was really good with lots of items to choose from. Over all highly recommended property for your stay in Ujjain Cheers

ゲゲストSo Lets start, This is a review that has been in my to-do list for the last few weeks since i have been back home. BUT now that i have time.... here we go. Service-: one of the MOST accommodating people i have ever met, and its not just the staff there, in fact it is all the 3 owners, who are so very hands on. And so helpful. and a special mention to their manager..kuldeep the humility that is instilled within the nature of the owners, just shows from the way the staff then proceeds to show to the guests. and that is what kuldeep did. if i did not know it then i would not have believed that was the manager of the property. he treats the guests at the property as if it is his own. the thoughtfulness that comes from the owners is the same what the rest of the staff show as well. i was visiting with my mother and my aunt and her son. and even though it was an EXTREMELY LATE CHECK-IN. the hotel had the kitchen, which by the way is actually the commercial cafe on the OUTSIDE of the property, kuldeep asked them to wait from an extra 30 min. to prep food for us and serve us. even though it was their pack up time. HYGIENE-: in the budget property section, this has to be one of the most cleanest properties, i have seen and been in. even though it is not a ”STAR” property. the maintenance and the general upkeep was prompt to a point that you would not even know that there was any construction going on, on the floor above. FOOD. ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE FOOD. be it the CHEESE VADA PAO, or the tawa roti, and the PANEER. the special shake was good but i am going to be honest. maybe because i my self am from the food circuit... i could guess all the ingredients... so, could be better.. but the PANEER, that lovely makhni paneer. just the right amount of sweet and savoury. AND THE TEA.... perfect tea, not too sweet and not too milky or too hard. just right. i even asked them to put a total of 10 cups of tea in a kettle or something and put it in the room........ and you know what .... THEY GAVE ME A THERMOS FULL LOVED IT. The ROOM-: ok so as i said. we were a late check-in. so unfortunately with the 4 people we had just 1 room. but that was due to the fact that we did not make a reservation before hand. and thus the ACCOMMODATING nature. The Staff had JUST gotten an empty room because the family before us had a late departure, and they left the place by 7 (ish). And as they were making the room again. WE CALLED and asked for a room, and Viola.. we had one. BUT JUST THE ONE. Within the budget it was a room, BIG ENOUGH for 4 people. and the best part for me, being a smoker, the best was the balcony small balcony overlooking the main road, good enough. The AC. CHILLS TO THE BONE. The fact that smart tv's are there in the hotel means...... login karo aur jo dekhna hai dekho... just remember to logout before you leave. lol BUDGET-: so over all. looking at the hotel's location. services rendered. and the hospitality. i would in my humble (yeah i'm not SOOOO HUMBLE ) opini

ゲゲストFirst and foremost every hotel should have a cancellation policy of 24 hrs before the date. My trip got preponed and later i saw the bracket was of 1 day after i booked the trip. I had to pay the entire amount and was there for barely 5 hours. The room had spiders on bed which was a shock for me as it took 7k. The property was going though construction so it had dust all over. It was basically a restaurant which had rooms on backdrop. All over a bad experience and way too costly

This is a small hotel rather than motel near ujjain railway station, actually it is almost opposite of out gate of railway station. Small room. Only bed tea is available in the room. No restaurant service. Room rent is little bit higher side. Mahakal temple is around 1.5km. For kolkata travellers it is good choice as the schedule arrival time of only train from kolkata is 10.00pm and if it is running late, one can even by foot will reach the hotel within 5 minutes.
