酒店房間很大很整潔。但大概是和我們週末入住有關吧，樓上或者是左右隔壁房間很晚還有人外放超級大的音響，住的客人很雜。應該屬於希爾頓低端酒店，價格還可以

Having to ask for clean towels and toilet paper multiple times throughout our stay was not only an inconvenience but also a headache, not the way you want to vacation. There was limited cleaning service which I understand however there were no attempts to remove the garbage from our room or provide necessities had to ask the front desk for those items.

Everything was excellent, breakfast was awesome. I didnt like the shower facility mechanism in the washroom. I also didnt like the location of the Toilet Seat as it is located far away from wash basin.These are the only 2 negative things. Else everything was awesome.

Some issues- Pull out couch bed was dirty Very low water pressure in shower Our bathroom do was broken - it was a sliding door that wouldn’t close completely and you could been seen on toilet through large crack in door. Also obviously the door did lock either. TV remote didn’t work properly. Pool area - water was cloudy as hell- clearly needed to be treated. Pool ground was dirty and dusty. Needed a good mopping. Breakfast- decent options but typical free food - muffins, bagels, cereal, small omlettes pre made , egg with diced bacon and cheese on top pre made , waffle making machine if you want to make your own waffles- don’t work that great. Area around waffle machine was dirty - waffle mix all over counter.

Spent one day there, and I've chosen this place because they have electric car chargers and free breakfast. There was 2 charging stations that were not available and they didn't know what room of both owners, as I've asked to contact the owner as he spent more then 12h charging but they couldn't contact him. The room is very clean, the bathroom as well, and the bed was comfortable as well. The price is reasonable so it is a very good price for qualité, I recommande

My first time staying at a H2S and I loved it. Hot breakfast included was a plus and heated pool.was great. The set up of the room was wonderful. Definitely going to seek to stay at more H2S hotels.

We stayed at this hotel on July 4th hoping to get respite from neighborhood fireworks for my son. It was quiet for the most part with only about 15 minutes of fireworks off in the distance. It was a wonderful experience overall with only one unexpected problem . Breakfast was hot and delicious. Everyone in my group found something to eat that they enjoyed from hot food to pastries. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room had a little living room area near the tv with a fridge and sink which was extremely convenient. We were even able to watch cable stations and enjoy a quiet night in. One drawback was that we requested a handicap accessible room since my son is in a wheelchair. The room was plenty large for his chair but the shower in the bathroom was almost impossible for the rest of us to use. There is no drain directly in the shower so the water rolled all over the bathroom floor. We had to brush our teeth with pool shoes on. We ended up drying the floor with all of our used shower towels. What a mess! I woukd definitely stay there again, just not in a handicap accessible room.

Check in was horrible. Line of about 20 people. The girl running the desk walked away and went in the back office and refused to help anyone. the manager on duty arrived about 15 minutes later and a new counter girl came in and started handing waters out and asking how she an help in anyway. it as a nightmare

Nicely renovated hotel, ample breakfast selection, and thank you so much for having EV chargers.
