Floor was filthy!!! Bottom of socks black after walking on floor in room. Had to use all the towels laid on the floor to walk around!

This property is disgusting. It’s very noisy. I feel like I’m sleeping in the street because it’s very attached to the highway. The room is terrible overall not certified at all.

The bed was so comfortable I loved it. The staff was so helpful and welcoming, it was close to a park and shopping center, I would recommend staying here.

This is a smoking facility. I booked a non-smoking room, but I got a smoking one. After waiting for 2 hours to change to a different room, they still gave me a smoking room. As a result, I couldnt sleep at all bc of wheezing. I had to leave early the next morning. I also left my phone wall charger. I called. They said they would check with cleaning staff but never called me back. The streets are noisy from midnight to 1-2am. Never come back.

I loved the staff and the room was exactly as I expected! Really close to the train into NY. The bathroom is a little dated and dingy but I needed it for my trip to Manhatten.

there was a dead mouse under my bed in room 109 and I found no one to come and remove it

I liked it was close to everything shopping malls an theatre an water park was great location and looked just like the picture stayed for three nights nice price too.

the location is good. the bathroom is pretty old and needs renovating, the bath tub had no plug, so missed a relaxed bath before setting off on my journey.
