Great place to stay n friendly staff.. Definitely plan on stay there again..

The hotel worked well for our stay prior to our flight the next morning. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast offers a good variety of items.

Booked this hotel because it said slept 6 in a room and is near Busch Gardens. It is near Busch Gardens, but it only had 2 beds in the room we were given. The king was comfortable, The sofa bed was not comfortable and was difficult to sleep two kids in. We arrived late with our kids after a day at a park in Orlando, disappointed to find out that we would not all have a place to sleep. The room was misrepresented. Although the room was large, it needed at least one more sofa bed to sleep 6. They were eventually able to find a cot but we would have needed 2 for the kids to sleep comfortably. The area was sketchy, more of a motel vibe than hotel. When we went to breakfast, the lady was rude to my children for little reason. The woman at the front desk was understanding and kind. I had booked 3 nights, but we left after just the one. It was one too many. Found roaches in the room, Service was not good, not enough towels to shower and they refused to bring more at night. Lots of people smoking pot and cigarettes on the shared walkway/balcony all night. Felt like an unsafe area.

Room acceptable, nice and clean. Also, the pool area seem pretty nice. Outside area could use a little sprucing up I guess. But not too bad. Non smoker, but still could smell a little smoke in my room. Would have complained if I had stayed there for more than one night.

Great location near airport and Busch Gardens. The “suite” is actually two rooms w an adjoining door.

Stayed there for basketball tournament. DO NOT go by the online pics. This is more like a motel than a hotel. It’s run down, both the front door and bathroom door had to be forced closed. The floor was filthy to the point we couldn’t walk around barefoot. The bathroom had mold in it and the ceiling was peeling off. The towels were stiff and the pillows and bed uncomfortable. Oh, and the roaches definitely came out at night. Both the rooms I booked were like that and other basketball families stated the same about their rooms. The breakfast ******! Will definitely NEVER stay here again.

Property evidently was a motel that was painted with modern gray colors and the rooms painted and furnished with new furniture, but the hallways still give the appearance of a cheap motel. It does not feel safe.
