パラダイス ビーチ リゾート(Paradise Beach Resort & Spa)

My boyfriend and I traveled to Zanzibar for a romantic vacation and we resided at Paradise Beach Resort. The view was fantastic, the food was amazing and the customer service was very pleasing, however, one of the staff members who caught our attention the most was Haysam Oscar! His service was outstanding and his friendliness made me and my boyfriend feel special. I appreciate how much Haysome would offer to book my boyfriend and me for a romantic dinner at one of the restaurants in the Hotel, Haysam would even request us to give feedback on how to improve the quality of our stay with them which is quite a struggle bcoz we have always enjoyed everything about the hotel. I am looking forward to another stay at Paradise Beach Resort again!!

Paradise Beach resort is one of the most beautiful resorts in Zanzibar, it has four pool, 3 restaurants. The staff are very friendly making u feel at home. The food are great, lots of choices. In all if you are looking for a great place to stay in Zanzibar thus is the place to he.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Arriving at 4.30 am after 17+ hrs of travel to a very tired and uninspiring reception to be told we can't have a room until 2 pm unless we pay $35 is disgusting and needs looking into. Not a great start to 2 weeks holiday. We were not offered any refreshments and there was no toilet facilities in reception. The whole resort is tired and run down and needs money spending on it. The towels in the room are well past their best as they were thin and worn and threadbare. The beach towels were even worse as they were full of stains and were like cardboard. The food was absolutely disgusting, how is be possible for food to only be lukewarm/cold within 2 mins of the dining room opening!!!!!! The floor in the Coconut Bar is rotting and sinking and dangerous but no-one seems to care about it as it wasn't roped off at all. There is a lack of toilet facilities in the whole of the resort. The Pool was still being cleaned with chemicals in the morning while people were trying to swim in it. The area around the pool and beach were littered with cigarette butts. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It certainly was not the relaxing holiday that I was expecting and this resort is definitely not 4 star by any stretch of the imagination.

A very large hotel - for lovers of mass tourism. Good food, large selection, huge dining room - at meal times it was crowded and confusing, it was tiring. Very nice bars, a**ospheric, serving great cocktails and good music. The hotel's staf is probably its greatest advantage - nice, cordial people who care about the good mood of guests. The biggest minus was the beach - it was actually difficult to use it - even at high tide - it was only a few hours a day - muddy, unpleasant bottom, the water - if there was any - cloudy and full of sea****. There were days when you could only bathe for two or three hours a day, using the entrance to the water from the pier. I do not recommend this hotel to people who want to enjoy the white beach and turquoise water.

We had the regular all inclusive package and it was disappointing that bacardi white rum was considered a premium rum and was not included. We alos dont think that they used bottled water to make their ice cubes. Overall the pools were great.

Nestory is a really great host. Really pays attention to detail and making sure we are fed happy with quality of service😊.

There was nothing, that we like, everything worst

Prima all in clusief hotel. Het eten is heerlijk het verblijf is aangenaam. De mannen op het strand bieden een fijne prijs ipv het hotel zelf mbt trips. I know, eng maar goed te doen! Boek hier geen 3 weken maar gebruik dit hotel als bijkomen en tussendoor trips. Max 1 week is voldoende!

Sehr schöne im afrikanischen Stil angelegte Anlage, aber leider kann man nicht im Meer baden. Da dieses voll mit Seegras ist und ab und zu nicht gut richt. Es gibt zwar Ebbe und Flut, aber so etwas haben wir nicht erwartet. Schade. Das Essen war lecker und die Kellner sehr nett. Leider sind in dem Speisesaal zu wenig Ventilatoren angebracht und es ist zu heiß. Die Zimmer sind groß und man hat genügend Platz. Das Management sollte die Einteilung der Barbesetzung überarbeiten. An der Poolbar arbeitet 1 Person und kann nicht für Nachschub sorgen. Es gibt z.B. 12 Uhr keine Eiswürfel oder kalten Getränke mehr. Bei einem All Inklusive Angebot und den heißen Temperaturen darf so etwas nicht passieren. Ein Springer der die Befüllung der Bar's übernimmt, wäre sehr hilfreich. Leider sieht man auch keinen Serviceleiter.
