I planned a little 1 day trip to Utica NY for my wife and I. Whenever we go somewhere on a trip, we usually book a room with 1 of the big chain hotels but I wanted to surprise her with something different. The Rosemont Inn B&B showed up when I was looking online. I looked into their website and was instantly drawn to it from the photos. I booked a room with them. Upon booking the room, there are some items you can add to it. 1 of the items were a dozen roses. I added the roses to surprise my wife with once we arrived. Thought that was something really nice that they offered at the Rosemont Inn. This being our first time at a B&B, we didn't know what to really expect. Once we arrived, Robert (Bob) was very polite and willing to answer any questions we had. The following morning, the breakfast was amazing. We met Rita and she was very polite and her breakfast menu was very exquisite, far above scrambled eggs and toast. The rooms are very clean and spacious Victorian style with a modern twist to them. The building itself is just amazing with its late 1800's look. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a change of venue for us as we typically stay at a hotel instead of a B&B. The Rosemont was easy to find, had plenty of parking and was as clean as a whistle. The room was spacious and comfortable with exceptional linens and pillows. The bathroom was both clean and luxurious, with a double tile shower. I heard no noise and was surprised to see other guests during the delicious home cooked breakfast that was included. We will definitely stay at this location on our next pass through Utica. 5 stars all the way !

Lovely B & B with very nice owners of the establishment. Our room had a comfortable king bed and a beautiful bathroom updated with all the amenities. The entire place was extremely clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!!!

Such a charming b&b! Went on our honeymoon and it was super comfortable and private! Loved the decor and the various provided cleansers were fantastic! Very clean & the best pillows! Rita’s food & coffee was delicious each morning. It’s in walking distance to great places & short distances by car everywhere else. We miss it already!

Very comfortable stay, conveniently located, fairly priced, with a great shower and yummy breakfast. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Utica. Munson art museum is nice and free. Nostro Italian has good fresh pasta.

Rita and Bob are wonderful, caring hosts. They take special care to prepare foods with my dietary restrictions. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are special and delicious. We have encouraged Rita to publish a recipe book with a vompilation of all her recipes, including the ones on her website. The Rosemont Inn is our go-to when visiting the Utica area.

Delicious breakfast banana muffins and egg casserole. What a charming spot just a minute’s drive from downtown Utica. The establishment has a very unique history and Rita was very accommodating host. Onsite parking and included coffee, tea, and other drinks

Stopped for the night on our college tour of Upstate NY. The room was very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the waterfall shower has plenty of water pressure, breakfast was good, and the inn is very close to Hamilton College!

Very nice staff; a good freshly home cooked breakfast and clean comfortable room, with a great bathroom and super shower. The Inn is close to downtown and the street become quiet in the late evening. Would definitely stay here again, well worth the price.
