Recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Their seamless coordination in providing an early check-in and late check-out without any hassle truly enhanced my stay. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food. Both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters were exceptional—perfectly cooked, bursting with flavors, and served with great presentation. Each bite was a treat to the palate, and it’s evident that the culinary team puts a lot of thought and passion into their work. The service deserves special mention as well—the staff was attentive, professional, and always eager to assist with a warm smile. My overall experience was so good that I am already looking forward to my next trip. This hotel has set a benchmark in hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Very nice service by Bhau Sakpal. Very helpfull & cooperative. Very nice & polite behaviour with all customer. Helping in food selection. All staff is very cooperative & nice behaviour. Food items are very tasty. Always different food items. Very nice hotel & restaurant for families. My first choice of hotel in Vadodara

ホテルは清潔で整頓されていて、市内中心部からそれほど遠くありません。朝食はおいしいです。部屋の音はよくありません。毎朝外で音がするので、ウェイターは他の部屋を掃除する必要があります。

Since I got here, not impressed with service... several calls to get anything and many times noone at front desk or house keeping picking up. No hand towels is ridiculous!! I asked several times today and finally at night hand towels got sent after several front desk staff told me to use tissue, how can anyone wipe a wet face with tissue.. It would stick all over the face!!! No toiletries except hand soap, shower gel and shampoo ... No lotion, vanity etc?! For a hotel like fern in today's times, this is below standard. Kettle was filthy, full of brown residue stuck on it.... Extremely disappointed to learn that this hotel serves non veg and veg from same stove... Had i known i would never stay here, and to think that i paid for breakfast... V v disappointed, in Gujrat it's not uncommon to expect veg and non veg to be prepared in separate kitchens and served in separate spaces.... I choose a fern hotel as I had a good experience many years ago but clearly the standards are v low now and service is also terrible... I have to call to get a code for wifi each time I re-enter the hotel... I'm here 6 days and going in and out 3 times minimum daily, front desk expects me to get 18+ codes per device.... It's ridiculous!!! no sound proofing, all horn honking etc can be heard in the rooms. only good thing is bedsheets are v clean.

Close to the railway station Located in one of the best localities of Vadodra shopping, and restaurant options a plenty. Well planned rooms & neatly decorated. Had a buffet dinner as well as breakfast which is very hygienic, fresh & delicious.

New and clean hotel. However hotel staff needs training on hospitality , to compare, staffs at ITC Welcom Hotel (near by business hotel) are more better at gesture. Especially entrance and reception, it feels like you are entering at train station, as they will not even help with luggage when scanning bags.

Had stayed here for a one night business visit. Nice decent property and value for money for its price point. Good location and in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is small with one restraunt. The in room dining food was good but spicy. The breakfast spread was decent but no desserts and cappuccino/latte. Service was great. The toiletries were great. The towels,napkins , and bathroom fittings looked really worned out and old. Pillow covers and quilts also looked a little old. All in all a basic decent property with good price point but do not expect a HILTON standard.
