酒店服務員非常熱心，地點也非常棒。5分鐘可以走到地鐵站去市區，10分鐘可以走到電車車站去海邊。 房間也很乾凈，衹是為了環保沒有什麼設施。

性價比不高啊，近千的酒店房間簡陋，早餐一般！周邊安靜，但路邊有臭味

El hotel es sencillo, pero se descansa muy bien. Hay paradas de metro cercanas para traslad**** al centro. Las camas son cómodas y el desayuno muy bien.

Hotel is ok, the reason I am giving 3/5 is coz of the check-in. It took like 30min...you should not have such a bottle neck on the frontdesk... It is a mess. Other than that is ok. It has a small pool for probably too many people and location is cool. Far from downtown but MTR is right beside so it takes like 20min to go to the city center.

Hotel is good. But facilities are not so much. You will not found any fridge, hot water cattle in the room. For normal water you need to ask them every time. In my room they put some straight thing for pets without my request. In the toilet strange kind of smell is always there. No toothpaste, no brush, no tissue paper- quit strange for me.

Tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme en el hotel de ayer y, lamentablemente, mi experiencia no cumplió con mis expectativas. Aunque la habitación ofrecía lo básico, carecía de los lujos y comodidades que suelo buscar en un alojamiento. Uno de los aspectos más preocupantes fue el estado del cuarto de baño. Desde el momento en que entré, me encontré con un ambiente que parecía descuidado y prefabricado. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear y la falta de mantenimiento era evidente. Sin duda, este fue un punto negativo que afectó mi estancia. Además, el sistema de calefacción no funcionaba de manera eficiente. A pesar de que intenté ajustar la temperatura para calentar la habitación, el aire caliente apenas lograba proporcionar un ambiente confortable. Esto resultó en una experiencia incómoda y poco acogedora, especialmente durante una época en la que se requería un ambiente cálido. Es importante destacar que durante mi estancia, tuve la oportunidad de comunicar mis inquietudes al personal del hotel. Sin embargo, no se mostraron muy receptivos ni ofrecieron soluciones adecuadas para los problemas mencionados. En resumen, mi experiencia en el hotel de ayer fue decepcionante. La habitación ofrecía lo básico, pero sin lujos, el cuarto de baño presentaba problemas de limpieza y mantenimiento, y el sistema de calefacción era ineficiente. Espero que el hotel tome en consideración estas críticas constructiva

I was there for 2 nights - I had to check out in 1 day - Rooms were so cold. No heater was working. Upon asking help - A guy came in room and did some settings with AC/Heater - still didn't work. I got sick. Had to check out and change the hotel. There was a phone in room but no reception number. No water bottle.. not reccomanded. it's 1-star hotel. Never gonna stay there again. Facilities are not good too

Good bed and shower. Elevator works well and the staff is polite. No coffee maker in the room and it costs to get coffee near the front desk. Every TV channel is in Spanish.

Yo reserve como logística por cercanía a la estación de tren Soyos, tenían agua. Aunque no tienen restaurante para cenar, a la par está Ilunion 4 que es ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cristhian y su compañera de trabajo son la excelencia en atención.
