Wonderful place!we truly enjoyed an escape in nature side with an excellent service! The architecture is gorgeous and renovated in a very modern beautiful way, rooms are cosy, comfortable and very clean.

The staff at Chateau St Gerlach welcomed us with warm smiles and excellent service. My family and I have always enjoyed our stays, taking advantage of the beautiful pool and a fabulous dinner in the restaurant. We will be back again soon!

The place is amazing, very well maintained and decorated with class and elegance. Honestly what made the stay wonderful, is the professionality, style, exceptional kindness and education of the staff. I travel often for work but rarely I have found such competent personnel. My compliments to them absolutely well deserved. I will surely come back for other stays.

We booked our trip via Relais Château a long time ago and this was supposed to be a special weekend for my partner and I. While the hotel and location are supposedly great, we were disappointed by the spa facilities where there is no management of visitors so that the place was overcrowded and we had to sit on the floor as a result of a lack of chairs. The sauna was not functioning properly either. As for the restaurant, we had no choice of menu and food was imposed, which was also a pity. The room had been renovated but also room for improvement (e.g. coffee pad are not Nespresso but fake ones). All in all, this was an ok trip but given the expectations we had, this was a disappointment and we would not recommend it.

We spent a truly enchanting weekend at the hotel and its beautiful garden. We were all positively surprised by the little gifts our daughter found in the room (the trip was a celebration of her birthday and the hotel staff knew it). We loved our stylish and quiet apartment and we spent fun times in the large swimming pool. We enjoyed a rich breakfast and a delicate and tasty dinner. We will come back!

First time, not the last time. Perfect place for the spring and summer. The staff is very friendly, rooms are big with free coffee machine in the room. If you book, include the breakfast, fresh stuff home grown such as honey, apple juice, yogurt and fruit. We loved it! Location is close to Valkenburg (5 min drive). Will definitely come back for a weekend, was worth every Euro.

Our stay at Chateau St Gerlach has been fabulous. We especially appreciated the great design of the room, mixing legacy, modernism and local touches, and the tasting menu at the restaurant with a delicate and sincere service. Try the local wine, very nice one.

We had a very relaxing two days and great food! Service was great and dinner at the restaurant was fabulous. We enjoyed the hotel grounds and its surrounds, as well as the spa facilities. Highly recommended!
