Sutuk is an outstanding place to stay. Small paradise in a beautiful town. The staff is very attentive, professional &friendly. The hotel is tasteful, they managed to blend the nature in a very comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant is a delight, international cuisine with local ingredients. Location wise is about 5 mins driving to main street, 15 mins to Suytun cenote & 40 mins to Chichen-Itzá ruins. ✨✨✨✨✨

Great boutique hot. The space is stunning, with lots of green, a pool and a cenote-like second pool. The rooms are beautiful, big, and decorated with higher quality furniture. The double shower was very impresse. Staff are all lovely and very professional. It’d be good to be able to have more than one coffee at breakfast, as breakfast is served and not on a buffet. But overall a great experience.

The hotel had wonderful facilities, in terms of the comfort of the rooms, the beautiful garden and the helpful And friendly attitude of the staff, especially the reception who were extremely helpful. The only downside was the distance from the hotel to the centre by foot along a busy main road. The hotel were very good at arranging taxis in to town but a ‘shuttle’ service might have been useful.

Hotel Sutuk is a lovely little boutique hotel located on the outskirts of Valladolid. The central courtyard is a lush garden of tropical plants surrounding a little pool, and the 8 rooms are large with very high ceilings. We appreciated the restrained and luxurious update to the original, historic building. We also really enjoyed the subterranean swimming pool modeled after a cenote and heated to a comfortable temperature. It's a great place to relax after a day exploring the area on foot. A special shout out to Perla who seemed to run the place single-handedly on New Year's Day. She is a real asset to the hotel. Where the hotel could improve is in the restaurant. It's good but not great. As one little example, they don't offer any white wines by the glass, only red. The prix fixe New Year's Eve dinner was steak and a half a baked potato served just above room temperature (not hot), with a garnish of a couple little batons of steamed carrot and a floret of cauliflower that were coated in an oil that left an unpleasant aftertaste. No need to belabor this lack of imagination. It did not diminish our overall experience, and we heartily recommend the hotel.

Very clean, very friendly and a amazing stay. Breakfast was top! Massages possible and so relaxing to stay here! The rooms are big enough, big bathroom and also very clean. The food for lunch and diner is also good!

I would not book his again. The facilities itself are nice but the location is not. Unfortunately the service is underwhelming too. Our check in was super cold, we were handed someone elses car keys when we left. Charging 30 Pesos for additional milk for an Americano at breakfast is simply unexceptable at a hotel of this price range.

An intimate and lovely retreat, of new construction and a novel concept, conveniently located near the Cuota at the entrance to Valladolid. The suites, indoor/outdoor bathrooms, gardens, and pool are welcoming and beautifully designed. The subterranean thermal baths are one-of-a-kind. I think there are only 8 rooms. The atmosphere is calm and private. The management and staff are remarkably warm, attentive, and thoughtful; they anticipated every detail. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were terrific. Don't miss the arroz *****, which features local shrimp, Maya chicharrón, and wildflowers.
