Hot water is not always available, there where large spiders on the room, internet service is quite unstable.

Far from the pictures, no hot water for shower, no one answer in the reception, at night security sleeping no one open the garage for entrance

The pool was really cold and we couldn't use it (it was one of the reasons I chose that place), it was not heated because there weren't too many guests at the time. The jacuzzi was not working either. The room was cold too, the second night we requested to turn on the fireplace. The place is by the road, a bit far from the city. There are some table games, like ping pong, pool and hockey, but only the hockey is in good condition. The staff was nice (except for the check-out person). The check-in was late at night and someone was waiting for us. The gardens are beautiful. The rooms are very big and comfortable in general. The check-out was not so nice, we previously arranged a time to leave, and the person in charge didn't know, so he asked me if I wanted to book another nigh. Also, when I told him about the pool issue, he didn't care at all.

Staying at this hotel was such an incredible experience. The property is so beautiful and peaceful; the staff was very helpful. We had the opportunity to spend time with the owner and her husband; they are extremely welcoming and hospitable. I highly recommend staying at this hotel... You will absolutely love it!

Fiendly service and great food

Quise cancelar y no me dieron opción por lo qie di la oportunidad de quedarme en la propiedad, lamentablemente me encontré con estas (varias) situaciones. -no hay buena señal ni de internet ni de Megacable. -no tienen cuidado en el trato con el cliente, siendo qie varias veces insinuaron que el error es de uno y no del hotel. -olvidaron revisar el cuarto y encontré dos grandes arañas con todo y telaraña en el baño. -se olvidaron prender el agua caliente y tuve que reportarla para que lo hicieran. -olvidaron una botella de agua llena de cloro en el baño ( por suerte la encontré yo y no mis menores hijos). -la comida es medianamente buena, la comida salada o fría. - me enteré que el servicio de restaurante es intermitente por lo que tuve que buscar opciones de comida rápida. Difícil ya que el hotel está en medio de la nada. - el hotel es lindo, pero varias áreas están abandonadas. Todo te queda lejos, tienes que tomar carretera para poder ir o a valle o Avandaro. En si, hay mejores opciones.

Habitación un poco sucia, si cobran por mascotas, deben limpiar bien sus desechos. El restaurante muy bien, solo abre un poco tarde, si conectaran la calle de atrás te ahorras 10 de los 12 minutos que se hacen para llegar al área comercial de Avándaro.

En general bien, mi único comentario es que me hubiese encantado que el agua de alberca estuviera al menos tibia

La ubicación es super tranquila, en las noches algo de frio pero se puefe hablar a recepción por si se requieren mas cobertores o un calentador, aunque es sencillo el hotel tiene todo lo necesario para pasarla bien y estar comodo.
