food was good and service was osam and one of the mostail was best in soft drinke now days , anaram sir was very cooperative amd familiar staff in there staff, food was so delicious, good nature of all staff ,and good amenities also good ,food was best at price

The room we booked/stayed was kept clean and tidy with basic working amenities except some minor technical faults in one of the telephone/intercom. The tap and shower head in the bathroom was leaking, the toiletries given were of cheap standards (clinic plus shampoo sachets and some local hair oil brand sachet ) we were disappointed to find that wifi was not working/connecting in the room but only in the hotel reception lobby and despite our repeated requests it was not made available to us. There was no support or assistance from the reception desk/hotel in providing us any inputs /car rental arrangements for our silvassa site seeing tour and sadly there was no response from the reception on our concern killing us of our valuable and limited vacation time there at the vapi

Though the suite rooms are beautiful and worth the money I was highly disappointed as whole night air conditioner wasn’t working .Called house keeping 5times and nothing worked out at last was tired and slept in a claustrophobic room without Ac cooling. Swing was the only thing which attracted me to stay in the hotel .Unfortunately i sat with excitement but fell down with disappointment . If u can’t maintain air conditioner and swing please don’t sell such rooms where it became a torture for me rather than a staycation. Rooms were stinking may be because there was paint happening on the floor. The best part was the balcony attached to the room but again felt claustrophobic with no ventilation. It was a nightmare for my family and I swear not to stay in such property ever.

全体的に、私はホテルのプリエットパレスで素晴らしい滞在をしました。部屋は清潔で広として快適で、必要なすべての設備が整っていました。ベッドはとても柔らかく、赤ちゃんのように眠りました。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切で、楽しい時間を過ごしたことを確認するために邪魔をしませんでした。
