Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff made our short stay incredibly enjoyable.

Had a lovely one night stay at the hotel. Ample parking, very nice room, bed comfortable. Hotel is set in lovely grounds and is within walkable distance of the town. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice; we sat on the terrace with great views. Would recommend.

Nice, clean rooms, friendly staff, shower quite small, TV available in the room, excellent view over the lake Orta, The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and parking slots. There’s an elevator to the upper floors and a bar as well as a restaurant.

Simple yet pleasant family run hotel with lovely views over the lake. A manageable uphill walk from the town but make sure you've got good tread on your shoes if it's raining. Slippery cobbles in places. Breakfast was good and adequate, we didn't have dinner in the hotel though

Highly recommend staying here! The view is absolutely amazing. There is an amazing terrace for breakfast lunch and dinner. Breakfast is a buffet with plenty for all! We had dinner one night, the food was also very good! The service in the hotel is also amazing! Staff are polite, friendly, and always smiling! The pool is clean too, sunbeds all around, and even a little bar at the pool to enjoy a beer, proseco, cocktail or just an ice cream! There is a separate paddling pool for kids too. We had a very comfy and super clean room with a pool and lake view. Air con worked perfectly well. The hotel is super clean wherever you go! The walk down the center is lovely, cobble roads, pedestrian only. And a lovely walk around the lake! There are couple “beaches” on the lake but otherwise you can easily take your beach bag and jump off any of the pontoons !

Nice hotel, Rooma are clean, nice location. Breakfast should be much better. Nothing fresh items, fruitsallad is from the can. No tomatoes etc. Pool area could have been cleaner but poolboy practically did not do anything else but smoking.

Our well-equipped room had a wonderful view from a small but adequate balcony. The meal service on the terrace was worthy of a five star establishment and the food itself was delicious, inventive and carefully portioned. The drinks were a bit pricey but the choice was comprehensive. We didn't use the pool due to bad weather, but it appeared well cared for. The staff were unfailingly polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. All in all a very pleasant peaceful break from city life.

Visited this hotel for two nights in May. Beautiful room with breathtaking view of Lake Orta and Isola San Gulio. Staff were very attentive and could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was first rate and the restaurant Food and service superb. A real pleasure to visit.

This hotel is situated slightly north of the center, an easy and picturesque walk. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The view from our room was quite stunning, overlooking the lake and island. We were there in October so the pool was closed. Unfortunately the AC was also shut down for the season, even though it was still quite hot. We had to sleep with the window open and the neighborhood dogs all barked for a long time during the night so we did not get a good night sleep. Overall would recommend, must be awesome in the summer when the pool is open!
