ハーヴェザザ カルペ ディエム(Havezathe Carpe Diem)

Overpriced for poor service. Very limited overpriced menu, small breakfast dishes, and dinner menus were limited with few good choices, unless you like fancy small unfamiliar food. No coffee at the room, very noisy at the room, could hear snoring at the next room, no elevator and for a price that didn’t fit the expectations.

We choose the chef’s menu 4 course meal and the food was nice and well prepared, nevertheless it was the same menu as the 3 course menu added with a fish course in between. We chose also the 4 wines arrangement but the selection given didn’t match the courses specifically for the starters and the fish. The staff was not very attentive, leaving empty glasses on the table and bringing immediately the new wine once we finish the previous one instead of bringing the wine when the correspondent course would get to the table. For 100.00 euros per person there is a lot for improvement.

Was totally blown away with the food, had surprise 3 course dinner. Was expecting a tasty rustic menu- received delicate top restaurant plates of superb flavors . Every mouth full well balanced bouncing with flavors , pleasure to the taste buds Well worth a visit

This rustic-farm turned hotel has both looks and comfort. Great view into the rural area with excellent restaurant opportunities.

Heb in tijden niet zo lekker gegeten. Voor 45 euro een 3 gangen menu van deze kwaliteit is echt waar voor je geld. Verfijnde smaken en een creatieve kok. Er gebeurd veel op je bord. Soms eenvoudig en verfijnd zoals het voor gerecht met zure zult of veelzijdig en verassend zoals het hoofdgerecht met een proeverij van lam. De omgeving waar deze havezathe is gevestigd en het terras met prachtig uitzicht dragen ook zeker bij aan de smaakbeleving van deze mooie gerechten.

Mooie locatie, vriendelijke mensen, heerlijk eten. Wij hadden het 5 gangen menu, het was gevarieerd en lekker met seizoensgebonden producten en producten van de streek. Medewerkers konden goed informeren, waren gezellig, ontspannen en in voor een grapje. Porties een beetje aan de kleine kant, neem een bijgerecht!

Hôtel restaurant un peu en dehors des chemins battues, très bucolique et certainement très agréable en été. Endroit au calme absolue. On y a pris un déjeuner; carte principalement avec des snacks/salades/petits plats entre 11:-00-16:00. Salle de déjeuner très cosy, très calme. Ce qui nous avons mangé (une spécialité avec des frites et de la viande en ragoût), était copieux. Malheureusement, les frites ne sont pas maison, le ragoût semblait l’être, petits légumes et garnitures fraîches. Un moment au calme, dommage que le plat que nous avons pris n’était pas plus authentique et savoureux.

Hôtel en pleine campagne au calme avec chambre avec vue sur champs Wifi fiable Accueil dans toutes les parties (hôtel restaurant et petit déjeuner) un peu lent mais très aimable Chambre spacieuse ; disposition originale de la sdb (mais peut être pas le cas dans toutes les chambres) La plupart des chambres ne sont pas accessibles en fauteuil Lit correct un peu mou , chambre non chauffée à mon arrivée (mais en 1/2h Ok) Restaurant avec une carte limitée mais des mets de qualité avec beaucoup de saveurs différentes mais toujours équilibré. Tarif normal , ni très cher ni très abordable. Petit déjeuner servi sur plateau avec choix entre 3 types de déjeuners. Qualitatif aussi Coin lounge très beau avec fauteuils, tables, coin cheminée avec choix de bières consequent et bonnes

Geweldige plek buitenaf. Dicht bij een groot wandelgebied. Heerlijk wild arrangement gegeten met sublieme wijnen. Kamers waren top. Vriendelijk personeel . Al met al z’n geld dik waard. Het is een prachtige oude achterhoekse boerderij op het platte land. Goed bereikbaar en met parkeerplaats. 1 uurtje rijden vanuit zuid oost Brabant.
