Clean property, close to slope, so you can go to ski just by walking. All staff was able to communicate in English (I do not speak Italian). Useful playroom for kids, so they had place where to play in the hotel. Available garage places. Nice stay, we would probably pick the same one next year.

We stayed here in February 2024 as a family with two kids. The room was spacious, nice and clean. We only missed more hooks/racks in the room for wet clothes from skiing/swimming pool/wellness. Breakfast is rich - you can choose from variety of food (hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, ham, salami, cheeses, some vegetable, fruit, cereals, jams, honey, chocolate spread, sweet pastry etc.). Dinners are usually with 3 courses plus vegetable bar and dessert. Swimming pool and wellness area is nice. The temperature in the sauna was not enough for us (cca 85 degrees) and there is only 1 shower with really cold water and one more shower with cool water (sprinkling from the sides) we found it as insufficient especially when there are more people in sauna at the same time - which in season definitely are...

Service is of paramount importance to this hotel. Everything is correct, the staff is very motivated to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The combination of the location (Monte Bondone), facilities offered, equipment of the rooms and not to mention the good breakfast and dinner, makes this hotel more than worth its high rating. Add to that the fact that you do not immediately have to take out an extra mortgage to stay here

Accommodation great, reception too, food delicious, breakfast great. Wellness perfect. Only the elderly lady in the restaurant I would put on a chair and continue her hand knitting to give the waiters room to do their great job. I recommend the hotel, both for the great amenities and the great service.

We arrived later than planned, dinner service finished at 9 but the staff were AMAZING and sorted 4 hungry chaps out, out of hours. They were brilliant. Having stayed in a different hotel for the last 2 weeks every night, this place was the highlight by a mile.

Absolutely fantastic place. We went in October week 42 and had the all inclusive stay. The food served was great with a reasonable selection. Clean rooms nice pool. Can't say anything about the spa or wellness since we did not use it. On our stay the place was nice and quite as it is off season for skiing. There is plenty of hiking trips just outside the hotel and the nature is absolutely stunning in the autumn. We brought our 2 kids aged 4 and 6 and they were able to many of the trails together with us. On the all inclusive deal you either get a lucnh packet or a meal in the restaurant between 12.30 and 14.00. The lunch packet is fine and will keep you going until the evening dinner is served.

Hotel confortevole e curato che offre servizi di fitness, benessere e intrattenimento per ospiti di ogni età. Cucina varia di buona qualità. Posizione centrale e vicinanza agli impianti di risalita. Possibilità di attività sportive ed escursioni nella località e di visite turistiche e culturali nei dintorni.

Tutto molto bello poco tempo però.. È la seconda volta che ci torno..la prossima volta prenoterò per più giorni 🙌
