Nice hotel with modern design but WAY too many people. Chaos in breakfast room, chaos in spa, packed in bars, fully booked in restaurants. Kids running around everywhere. Not the relaxing trip we hopes for - in fact quite the opposite. Noisy, stressful and disappointing.

The decoration of the hotel was fabulous and very unique! I have not experienced anything like this before. I travelled in my mind to 1940’s or 1950’s and the movie Pearl Harbour was in my mind all the time I spent in The Steam hotel. The visiting in the Steam hotel was much more than just accomodation, it was the experience which I will remember rest of my life - even the magical scent in the dark hotel corridors!!!

18th floor bar has spectacular lake views. Great restaurant choices in the hotel. Beautiful 7th floor pools, spa and sauna. A real destination hotel. Fantastic.

Truly amazing in all sense... decor, facilities, service levels, location, experience, food, comfort everything was first class and amazing value for money. this hotel would be triple the price in London. Free coffee on entry, extremely friendly and helpful staff (lent me a phone charger), décor and cleanliness were exemplary. The room very comfortable with stunning views. The food in the ground floor restaurant was stunning and wonderful experience. Gym was well equipped, good size and more than adequate for keen gym goer. Breakfast bag for early leaver (gutted i couldn't have full breakfast) and everything went smoothly. A truly one in a lifetime experience

The best hotel in the world!

Köer till incheckning, hiss, frukost etc. Osäker parkering i närliggande p-hus. Juice ”färskpressad ” = God Morgon juice.

Such nice staff! However the shower was hot, then cold, then warm, bit annoying. And you had to really push/pull the doors in order to close/open them. The best food and not overly expensive. The view from my room is the best.
