スパ ホテル ドヴォレツァ(Spa Hotel Dvoretsa)

I’m giving 2 stars only because of the outdoors mineral swimming pool, which is nice. Everything else is horrible. This hotel is not more than 3 stars! The rooms are disgusting! The breakfast and dinner are horrible! My other half asked for pancakes with cheese and you can see what he got on the image below…pathetic. There’s a lot of gypsies who shout like crazy and steal, so keep your stuff safe, as we witnessed how they stole couple of phones from people’s sun beds!! If you decide to get a massage - please, don’t waste your money. The only massage that we got and it was kind of okay was the shiatsu, and it really depends who does it. We had a lot of massages booked and after 5 massages we decided to cancel the rest. It says that the sauna opens at 8:00 am. We went at 10:20 am and the lady said ‘oh let me see if it’s on’ …the staff just can’t be bothered to do their job. You feel like they’re doing you a favour by doing their jobs and don’t you dare complaining, cuz they won’t be happy at all. Also the walls are very think, so if someone is talking in the corridor or int he next room you just can’t sleep! We couldn’t sleep because of that for several nights. The air conditioner is very old and it takes coupe of hours to change the temperature.

When I booked it was 5star now appears as 4 star this hotel should be no higher than 3 star this is the first time I have complained about a hotel Rooms are small so I upgraded but still the mini fridge was empty and in any case does not work it seriously needs a renovation the balcony is filthy and old tatty furniture needs replacing The hotel bar is terribly devoted and grubby but the barman (Martin was very helpful and friendly) The management need to look at why all the staff look so miserable and look at them selves and do regular team building excersises Then the restaurant the food was terrible and not fit for the price the staff dress well until you see there training shoes when you order a bottle of water it actualy comes out in the plastic bottle not a nice jug which would look more professional

Everything was absolutely amazing - clean room, great food, great service at reception, restaurant and bar! Two things are worth pointing out - outdoor 35 degrees pool when it's cold outside 💜 Also, it was my birthday so staff surprised me with a bottle of bubbly and some fruit 💜 All of staff were 100% helpful and kind!
