Good everything

Stayed in this hotel with family for one night. Access to the hotal and external facade are good. It has enough parking space. The rooms are decent. However it offers poor room service. Probably they are under staffed and hence least bothered to serve you in the room. Tea was served after half an hour. For dinner again no sign of food after half an hour of placing the order. Reminded them. No joy. Finally after agonising wait of 45 mins called up again and canceled the order. Went across the road to another restaurant and got the food parcel. It also lacks in basic hospitality processes. Cleanliness of wash room was an issue with marks /spots on tiles adjacent to commode. Worst of all no soap dish in shower area. Nobody from the ***agement seems to have noticed or never inspected. Breakfast served in the restaurant was another horror as far as cleanliness and service goes. It is a good property but lacks in service and basic hospitality

One of good hospitality from Mr. Muthu Ehk And rooms are neat and clean good supporting staffs. Good and hygienic rest rooms with affordable price, recommending this property to stay and enjoy your travel

We stayed one night as family of 4 - 2 adults with 2 kids. The hotel is in prime city location, close to the vellore fort. The check in was smooth and staff were very helpful, nice and very welcoming. It is not a 5-star hotel with 5-star amenities and yet we had nothing to complain for or worry about. They have awesome staff who went out of their way to make us feel home, from the time of check in to food customisation or house keeping requirements. They just smiled and catered to our request as their priority. We dont get to see this level of personalised care sometimes even in 7-star hotels. We would love to come back here again for their homely welcome and care.

I booked for 2days stay. But stayed only one night had to accompany a friend to Chennai. Very good place and people.

Stay was good rooms are neat and clean friendly staffs vinoth house keeping department service was excellent hospitality was great overall a woneedful stay thank you for all for good service keep it up ☺

It was a comfortable stay.loved the ambience and food the room is neat and clean the staff is cooperating and helpful near by voorhees collage Khanna fiesta so easy to access my stay if comfortable i have good memories thanks you of all staff

The food was good... The service by the staff was tremendous... One of the best hotels at Vellore.... Also the quality of the food was good... Only drawback is it has limited variety of foods... More variety of food items could be included...

Food was delicious and tasty, approach and service was excellent. It was hygienic, order was place immediately without delay. Excellent service. Boopathy and Priya did a splendid job by our meeting our needs immediately.
