Easy to locate, close to area where we were dropped off by water taxi. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful.

La gente del hotel es muy amable. El hotel es pequeño pero bonito e ideal para visitar Venecia. Con google maps es muy facil llegar, esta muy bien ubicado de las principales zonas turisticas. Sin duda regresaría.

great staff, quiet room right on the canal right in the center of everything

フロントデスクはとても親切でした。糖尿病患者が利用できるものをもっと増やすことをお勧めします。彼らは本当に、特定の部屋にミニ冷蔵庫が必要です。

Ulaşımı temizliği herşeyi harika, Konumu süper, tren garında indik 2 günlük bilet alıp otele vapurla ulaştık.Tek sorun valizimizin biraz fazla olmasından kaynaklı 500 mt lik otele giden yolu yürümemizdi.Herşey güzel burası harika

Amazing location - extremely friendly service - I highly recommend this hotel. We loved the location because it was close to everything while off the beaten path enough to get away from the tons of people! Venice was exceptionally busy but the hotel was quiet at night and the bedding was very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and informative. The only downside was no elevator but they had someone help with the luggage so we only needed to get ourselves up the stairs.

The staff were some of the best and most helpful people I have met while in Italy. For the location there is a lot of convenience. The restaurant de Cherubino nearby was one of the best and most affordable restaurants I went to while in Venice.

Cet hotel est super bien situé tout près de de la place St-Marx et du pont Realto. Le personnel est super accueillant and répond à toutes vos questions. Un gros merci à Marwa. Petit déjeuner très bon et varié. Seul bémol, la chambre et salle de bain petite. Nous avions mis ce commentaire dans Expédia le soir de notre arrivée et tout de suite on nous a proposer de changer de chambre. Encore un gros merci au personnel de l’hôtel.

Un court séjour qui était trop bien. Un très bon emplacement qui est au centre. Un très bon petit déjeuner, copieux. Une très bonne équipe et un spécial remerciement à Marwa qui travail dans l’équipe de petit dej. Elle nous a aidé pour mieux découvrir Venise.

Excellent location with view of canal

Location was amazing, central and easily walkable, the building itself historic and the staff were completely brilliant, so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
