ヴィラ ティツィアーナ ホテル(Hotel Villa Tiziana)

We stayed here as part of our month long honeymoon throughout Italy. Overall, the place was safe and quiet and close walking distance to great food and stores. Something we don’t recommend is the breakfast service. It cost us €14 for two people total each day. We were told there would be bacon and eggs and full breakfast. The first morning there were only stale almost empty cereal, prepackaged rolls/bread, juice, and pancetta, plastic wrapped cheese slices and bread for toasting. The cafe machine made the espresso taste watery. No eggs or other filling options. Very disappointing. Not sure where the €14 was paying for. We could have gone down the street to the cafe and got a breakfast sandwich for €2.50 instead. We paid in advance for three days of breakfast and regretted it due to the price and the food options being very disappointing. The A/C was not helpful and did not cool the room at all. There were also lots of mosquitos in our room and we got over 20 bites each night. We would not rebook again but for the price of the room and the nice area it is located, it may be worth it for you. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days here. I hope this helps future guests. Save your money on the food and get lots of bug spray since the hotel does not provide any or any preventative ways to keep the room bug free. We did ask for help with our A/C and the mosquitos but got no help. Every other place we stayed at in Italy was amazing.

Hotel sporco e puzzolente abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta. Soffrendo d’asma ho dovuto ricorre al cortisone per evitare una crisi in piena notte. Non credo proprio che prenoterò ne consiglierò questa struttura

Hotellin työntekijät todella mukavia siitä iso plussa. Kylpyhuone oli todella siisti mikä oli yllätys. Huone oli aika perus ja siisti, ainoastaan vaan kaikki on aika kulunutta eli remonttia hotelli kaipaa. Muuten oli kaikki hyivn.

La mia esperienza?... dopo 2 ore ci siamo fatto restituire i soldi e siamo scappati!!!.. pulizia ed igiene pessimi.. ci siamo fatti cambiare la prima camera xché non aveva il ( bidè) ed era piena di polvere... la seconda camera con tt i servizi igienici ma molto piu sporca della prima

This place is listed as a 3-star hotel, and it is nothing of the sort! Don't know what you'll be paying, but we got charged at 175 EUR per night b/c of a conference in the area, so they jacked up the price. What a great disappointment! To put it simply…. It was absolutely awful! The first room that the owner (Luigi) gave us had a tiny bathroom with the toilet LITERALLY placed at 90 degrees from the sink so that one’s legs were completely under the sink with your head over the sink. It was impossible to even sit down! Ridiculous!! We asked to be moved immediately. Still, all the rooms are very old, and the carpets are extremely dirty and smell like mildew and feet all throughout, not to mention the dampness of the rooms (it was impossible to sleep with that smell). The hallways are dirty and smell of cigarette smoke all day long while the owner (Luigi) at the front desk smokes while he’s there. The fixtures are falling off the wall, and I couldn't even place my stuff on the little shelf over the sink, which was hanging at an angle. Never any tissues in the tissue box. No cushion on the OLD wicker chair in the room so you could not sit down, the pillows on the bed are hard and flat (like they are made of sacks of flour), and the bedspread was all worn and old (at least 50 years old). The TV (which was tiny) didn’t even turn on. We were extremely disappointed b/c this place, so beware of the photos shown on the website. We immediately tried to cancel the next day to move to a better hotel, but the owner said that we could not and quickly charged the entire stay to our credit card on the second day (it should be charged on the last day, I think.). Thus, we were obligated to stay the full 6 nights. It is the worst place we’ve ever stayed in. This place is definitely NOT a 3-star hotel. The only positive thing that I can say is that the house cleaning & breakfast lady named “Josie”, a Filipino lady who spoke Italian to me and was always there to welcome us and do her best to accommodate us was nice! The breakfast was decent with good choices. In total, this hotel was a rip-off esp. b/c of the conference at 175 EUR per night, and it barely deserves 50 EUR per night and only 1-star. I am very sorry to have stayed here. The only good thing..... the entire week had perfect weather, so I could get out of that room asap and go bike riding for as long as possible to avoid being in there. Yup, that's how bad it was.

Il posto e le camere sono semplici ma pulite il personale e di una cortesia unica ti fa sentire come a casa!!!! Il bagno è comodo e pulito. Situato a lido vicino alla via principale ben servita dai mezzi pubblici! Assolutamente consigliato a chi cerca posto semplice e familiare

Older unit, small but adequate. Towels very old, but clean.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo. Il personale molto cortese, disponibile, mi ha aspettata per eseguire il chek in fino alla mezzanotte. La camera carina, il bagno molto pulito. La colazione cmq era varia e non mancava nulla. Mi sono trovata bene. La posizione ottima. Poi ovvio l'albergo ha i suoi anni ma cmq può essere una buona soluzione per una o due notti, soprattutto se si viaggia per lavoro.
