クロックタワー イン ベンチュラ(Clocktower Inn Ventura)

位置離高速口不遠，左近都是美食街。西班牙風格建築，房間設施老舊但是依然好用。房間不大，但是夠用。冬天暖氣十足，舒服得像家裡一樣。

My fourth stay since November, and I will return again. There is a lot to like about this place, and a few dislikes. The good: Attractive property, friendly staff. Nice rooms. Convenient restaurant and bar. Great location, free parking. In-room fridge, microwave and a little coffee maker. The bad: Hard mattress and pillows. Crummy soap, not enough towels and even the in-room coffee Weekday breakfast offerings are weak (compared to a place like a Hampton Inn.)

Pros: the staff is incredibly nice and friendly. The hotel itself is Spanish mission style and well maintained. The water pressure in the shower is very powerful and the bed, while not a high quality mattress, is comfortable enough. We had a King room with a fireplace and small balcony so that was a bonus! Cons: the bathroom. I understand when a bathroom is old and needs some updating but this bathroom was just plain gross! Additionally, whenever the lights are turned on in the bathroom, there’s this dreaded loud sound of a fan. The toilet was also very loud. The walls are thin so I could hear when the person next door was showering at 1:30am. There were also holes in walls and the walls really needed some cleaning. Also, the lamp shade is so old and peeling. Getting a new lampshade is such an easy, cheap fix. Were it not for the condition of the bathroom, I would stay here again. If the bathrooms are not updated, I will not.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. The view from our balcony was wonderful, as was the fireplace in our room. The mission style furniture was a nice touch, being just across from an actual mission. The bathroom could do with some updating. I'm average height, and the shower head was below my chin. The mattress also seemed old or of poor quality. Overall, it was a positive experience and the staff were absolutely lovely.

Great location within walking distance to downtown Ventura as well as to the beach and pier. They have rooms with fireplaces which is really cozy.

The property is under many repairs. We had issues the night when we returned to the property & there was a holiday party in the atrium area. We were not able to get to our room. Nobody was at the front desk to provide information. The woman running the event was very rude and made a seen. This woman made no effort to direct us around the event and closed the door and at that time we realized she had moved the sign that had information. The maintenance man ( Rich) was the high light . Very helpful gentleman and went over and beyond is duty’s.

Had an issue between the hotel and ******* regarding transferring payment from ******* to the Hotel. Hotel was unable to provide the room till problem solved. The place is nicely decorated, clean room, and a perfect location for downtown Ventura.

I like the old charm the hotel had to offer, but things are in need of repair. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. It was in a great location. Negative is their is limited parking and the parking available had some shady people hanging out in the evening

The Inn is built in a repurposed 1930's Spanish revival style fire house and provides historic charm with a central location. It is located adjacent to Mission San Buenaventura and the City's pedestrianized Main St. which offers many shops and restaurants. The beach and Amtrak are within a 2 - 3 block walk.
