パラッツォ モンガ(Palazzo Monga Boutique Guesthouse)

We stayed 4 nights in this 4 room small hotel in the heart of the Verona old city . We booked the king room . It faced the back of the building towards a courtyard which was quiet. This room was spacious with a feature , a winding staircase to a bathtub and deck chair. There is a ground floor sauna and gym that can be reserved exclusively . Service was impeccable with Arthur the manager always on hand to assist with any queries, restaurant bookings etc . He even offered me a hot water bottle and use of the microwave to heat up a warm drink as I was a little under the weather . Highly recommend a stay here.

The Palazzo Monga is a truly unique and beautiful boutique hotel. Restored to a very high level, it was undoubtedly one of the most impressive hotels I’ve stayed in. The location in the centre of Verona was perfect for seeing everything easily. The concierge Arthur was incredibly friendly and helpful, as was the owner Julia. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

The presidential suite was beyond nice. I’m sure the other rooms are beautiful too. The front desk manager, Arthur, was very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent for walking everywhere as we did. There was noise from a street project but it looked temporary.

Wonderful but too short stay at this lovely property. We had a large beautiful room, and the service was exceptional. Arthur handled all our inquiries quickly and graciously and went out of his way to follow up with us whenever we reached out. He helped us with transportation and restaurants and promptly addressed a small problem with the air conditioning. He was a delight.

There are not enough adjectives to describe The Palazzo Monga! We were absolutely blown away by the elegance, oppulence and grandeur of this Palazzo. Everything you would expect in a large palace, but in a cozy atmosphere. The hand picked breakfast from a large selection was delicious and served exactly at the requested time directly to your room. Everything provided in the rooms was of top quality. The perfect location with all of the most known sites within walking distance. The Owner, Julia and her Staff are so welcoming and gracious, We do hope to one day return, just to repeat this wonderful experience.
