The hotel is of a good standard just maybe a little tlc here and there needed. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Lovely breakfast with lots of choices. Our sea view room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Only downside was the music from 2 restaurants over the road that went on quite late some nights . But overall a very pleasant stay and would definitely return.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful location! The service at the restaurant was excellent, especially Klejdi was very helpful and friendly! Hotel, that feels like home! Very recommend Sina Astor for your stay in Italy! Definitely will be staying here next time!

We had a good stay. Noise from the close by terrace bar during Saturday night just was loud and horrible. Luckily we had ear-plugs and we were somewhat able to sleep. Strawberries in the breakfast were so delicious and view from our balcony was wonderfull.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and staff are all so pleasant and helpful...a special mention for Klejdi for the wonderful service we received.. would definitely return here...I really enjoyed the swimming pool and the very good massage I had here..

Brilliant hotel and perfect for a few nights away in Italy! Hotel was lovely and clean, bedrooms and fresh linen and towels daily. We used the pool facilities and spa and they were great. The breakfast each morning was fresh and lots of variety, all staff were attentive however, in particular, Klejdi, he was very helpful and friendly each morning and remembered our order of hot drinks each morning. He was also the friendly face in the hotel bar. Great location for the beach, and restaurants in the area are lovely! Short walk to the train station to get you to nearby sights and cities.

We only had 5 days here in this very comfortable hotel. The staff were so lovely, from the receptionist Valentina who was really welcoming and helpful, right through to the restaurant staff, so many thanks to Emmanuelle and Klejdi. Our only criticisms were that the beds were rather firm, and dinner didn't start serving until 8.00pm. This was a bit too late for us and many restaurants around started serving at 7pm so we were obliged to eat out most evenings. The one evening meal we did have was excellent. It's a bit of a trek to the station, and if you want to catch a train allow 45 minutes to queue as the ticket office is agonisingly slow. However, the bus station is close and Viareggio is a good hub for visiting other towns like Lucca and Pietrasanta. But this is really a summer vacation place as the beach is long and wide.

What a great experience we had at the fabulous Sina Astor Hotel for Viareggio, Italy Carnevale 2024! It was wonderful to return to our favorite hotel and be treated by the professional staff. The front desk concierges, restaurant servers, and housekeeping staff were all kind and welcoming. The pool and spa were magnificent. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. A special gratitude to Emanuelle, Anna, Klejdi (king of cappuccinos) and other restaurant staff. We look forward to our next stay!

Fabulous Hotel, Great Location, shops restaurants and beaches all lovely. We easily visited Florence, Lucca, Pietrasanta, Cinque Terre and Pisa . Another perfect stay, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Excellent room with perfect view, amazing, particularly enjoyed the carnival, would definitely recommend.
