Great location! Really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. All of the people are incredibly. Special thanks to Jhordan Garcia and Jesus Zavala were so helpful and friendly.

Clear lobby with security and attentive concierge. GREAT STAFF AT RECEPTION. I have to name Tania and Jessy being extreme kind and friendly. Restaurant/Bar Zibá serves nice breakfast with solid options available. great for lunch and dinner as well. Good presentation and great flavor. fantastic service (Sergio, Lady and the boys) GREAT CHILCANO and Pisco Sour from the bar. Miguel Angel is a mago with Pisco. good housekeeping. You can stand under the shower within 5 seconds as the hot water´s really fast. bed and linens are nice too. I came and stay 6 nights for work. I had a great time.

I had four nights in Trujillo and after reading reviews I decided to book not only this hotel, but also the King Suite on the top (14th) floor. And what a wonderful experience. The hotel is very modern with absolutely incredible service and the King Suite itself, with an open terrace, is simply wonderful. I had dinner a couple of evenings in the hotel restaurant and service as well as food was outstanding. Should add that Gaby at the front desk was an absolute delight and was most helpful on a number of occasions. If I ever come back to Trujillo, I will most definitely stay at the Doubletree again.

I had two different stays (1 night and 3 nights). At both times I had a few issues, especially with the service but everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Gaby at front desk and Donny the chef were outstanding. The location is far away from most things but taxis and uber are cheap. Good HHonors status recognition. Great value for money!

Customer service, was amazing, room was comfortable (especially the bed), well furnished and the customized environmental controls made life easy on keeping the right temperature. The restaurant on the premises was excellent as well.

We had a really nice experience here. The food was really tasty, I would recommend to eat fish, so exquisite. Manuel attend us, he was very kind, know all about the food, gave us good recommendations For birthday they gave us cake and pisco sour for free and sang for us

Best hotel restaurant. Ever! Could. Not. Believe. It! Usually hotel restaurant food is just so so or decent. But THIS hotel restaurant was PHENOMENAL! And at a Double Tree no less! 😳 Say whuuuut? It was more like a Four Seasons. How did they do it?! Chef Done (Donny). That’s how!

We stayed at this very new hotel for three nights and experienced a very friendly, helpful and professional staff that definetely added up to our positive experience. We really enjoyed everything: from the pool, to the sauna up to the restaurant. Thanks especially to Manuel at the restaurant!

Excelent services and food, I recommend it And you can eat whatever you want in the buffet zone, all cleaned and ready for all the people. The bar zone it's beautiful and comfortable. Good place..
