Horrible place to stay especially if you have children . Every floor is dirty and full of trash and smells like mariuana , there are stains all over the curtains and couches there was a roach in the bathtub . They people living in there have no respect for the people who travel to stay . Don’t do it

Booked just for the indoor pool and hot tub and both were closed for renovations. Wasn't even there for an hour but couldn't get a refund according to the desk host.

A lot of restaurants & stuff nearby. Property was under construction so it looked pretty bad. Most of the staff was great except for the morning front desk person on Sunday.

Rooms had roaches in them No carpet in the hallways due to renovations front desk lady not too nice

Do not stay here! This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had in my 32 years of living and that says a lot considering how many last minute rocky point trips I make. The hotel was filthy. There was a poop stain with flaky poop in the bed the front desk had to give me all new blankets.there was long women’s hair in the “clean” bed. The floor was filthy to the point where my sandals were sticking to the carpet. There were food crumbs all over the floor. The wood box that the bed sits in was filled with dirt and little bugs and to top it off both nights we stayed there was water pouring from our bathroom vent on to the bath room floor. Also the pool was dirty and of course they don’t offer free breakfast even though it’s advertised on their website and through booking.

The staff was very nice and kind. When we arrived the desk clerk was very friendly and she was watching Christian music videos on the lobby tv. I really appreciated that. The facility was adequate. The noise went on most all night. There were questionable clientell coming and going at all hours and a lot of questionable activity outside as well. We did not feel safe or comfortable and left early the next morning. I feel like the positive reviews were less than honest.

Hotel was veery dirty & smell real bad. My kids was very disappointed

The pool wasn't working! Breakfast was okay. The room was nice.

The front desk staff is rude. The hotel had 3 front desk attendants and 1 housekeeper for the rooms. The place itself is in the middle of renovation due to water damage. So the are working on both during the day. The stopped early enough to get a good night's sleep. The room itself is nice. Lots of room. Looks more like a small 1 bedroom apar**ent, which is great. Bed is super comfy. Room was cleaned well.
