ホテル ル グランデ(Hotel le Grande)

The room smelled great & clean. however, bathroom sink had drain problem and toilet flushed VERY slowly! Room coffee was NO GOOD & only one coffee cup included. Breakfast was horrible, though "billed" as a full hot breakfast! Egg omelets looked plastic & did not taste like real eggs & cheese. We were very disappointed in the lack of maintenance & upkeep of this hotel.

Had to stay down the hall with a friend in their room, my room was over take by the smell of pot. Not one night but both nights. Hotel is very nice and convenient, breakfast could be better and none pot smoking property.

Everything was great only down to the place was when went to get a ice cream at 2am stood there for about 20 minutes amd no one ever come to the desk

We had a river view room that had a nice view. The bed was comfortable. The a\c unit was extremely loud. The room was about what you would expect at this price level but it is well worn. The bed spread looked old, the furniture has doors and drawers that didn't close, the shower head had deposits on it. Breakfast is a one time pass only and the staff fixes your plate for you. The staff here were very nice and polite, check in and check out were problem free.

I booked 2 rooms with king beds and a river view. I got 2 rooms with queen beds and a junk parking lot view. Will never stay here again

I love the view, I had a river view room.. The breakfast staff are very friendly. There are lots of options for lunch and dinner. The convention center is so close you can leave your car and walk. I feel safe walking to anything..

I like the grand , it has great views of the mississippi...it is safe and close to the important things ..

The position of the hotel, overlooking the Mississippi, couldn't be bettered and we saw a lovely sunset. The hotel bar looks good but seemed a half hearted effort, and the policy of serving drinks in plastic 'glasses' seemed bizarre. Breakfast was also odd, with rationing appearing to be a priority.

Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the large corner room on the 4th floor facing the river. We loved it.
