The owners are fantastic, very helpful. Great place to stay.

Rooms are spacious and clean but lack any character, also pretty noisy being on a main road. Breakfast not included which added to the room rate making it a rather expensive stay . Definitely not a place that will remain in memory.

Stopped here last night to find a most Amazing experience inside this historical building, renovated with all the modern conveniences, family run and incredibly charming. We were early for dinner, but we were served a most refreshing bottle of wine from Toulon region, as we sat under a beautiful tree in the courtyard. Our dinner was superb from beginning to end. The dishes, artistically done, a true gourmand experience! Impeccable service! Thank you to the whole staff, and to the magnificent chef! We shall return!

We stayed here for one night and opted for a ‘luxury double’ in order to get a slightly larger bed. Standard room was £85 luxury room £155 through booking agent. With such a price difference we had a certain amount of expectation after all £155 (€175) is not cheap for a one night stay. The whole experience was a little strange - no one on reception on arrival although someone ( manager I think) on phone in back office who was aware we were there yet continued on the phone for a good 4-5 minutes - great start!! I’ve worked in customer service all my life including hotel reception and the golden rule is acknowledge people on their arrival !! Obviously same rules don’t apply here. The room was far from luxurious - decent sized bed which you could just about walk around, decent bathroom and the tiniest balcony in the world. The most strange element to me was the lack of facilities - there was a coffee maker yet no cups or spoons !! Why provide a coffee maker without the tools to utilise. Towels in bathroom but no bath towels small towels only. For the price we paid for just a room (no breakfast included) we felt totally ripped off. On a positive note bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.

Très bel hôtel, tout confort (piscine, spa, belle terrasse et beau jardin). Les chambres sont très propres et lits très confortables. Le dîner était exquis, très belle salle de restauration dotée d'une grande cheminée ce qui donne un charme remarquable. L'équipe est très sympathique ainsi que les propriétaires qui sont à l'écoute du client. Bravo. Notre séjour était superbe. Je vous conseille vivement cette adresse de charme.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel où l'accueil est familial, le service très bon. La localisation permet de rayonner autour de Villefranche-de-Rouergue vers tous les magnifiques villages de l'Aveyron. Le restaurant est excellent.

Très beau lieu avec un très bel Hôtel avec piscine (très petite). Les chambres " singles " ne sont pas bien agencées : ressemblent malheureusement aux chambres d' Ibis : du lit , vu sur la Salle de bain sans séparation et WC fermé....heureusement mais en face du lit ...très décevant ! Donne sur la Départementale : journée :très bruyant ! Nuit : pas de passage. Dans les chambres "Singles " Pas de bouilloire, pas de cafetière....un peu surprenant pour un 4 étoiles. Eau froide pour prendre sa douche l' après midi durant 6 j.pas terrible !!! Dernier point négatif : Le petit déjeuner n' est pas à la hauteur d' un Hôtel 4 étoiles ( très petit ( lieu très étroit) avec un faible choix de denrées alimentaires. Personnel soigné , souriant et professionnel et Propriétaires très très agréables. Le" petit Chien " : Moka , du Logis de Farrou est à la hauteur aussi : adorable !!! Très bonne cuisine du terroir avec des assiettes du début jusqu'au Café joliments décodées . Oubli...accompagnent de petits gâteaux avec le Café durant 2 jours ..puis plus rien. Hôtel de charme à recommander : en chambre double côté piscine pour plus de confort !

Excellent hôtel accueil exceptionnel avec le sourire et le professionnalisme hôtel très agréable chambre spacieuse très propre au calme très beau parc avec piscine le petit déjeuner nous a été servi avec amour rien ne manquait que des produits régionaux d'excellente qualité merci merci très bonne adresse nous reviendrons

Je prends mes baskets pour aller courir avant de me pauser à l'hôtel.. services restauration Impec.
