酒店看上去是那麼的潔簡風格，整個房間也是簡單而乾淨。接待美女帶着笑容的溝通，讓人不能忘懷。

Clean and fancy hotel. Friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Waiter at dinner really helpful. Good meal deal. Breakfast is OK. Clean room and bathroom. Fast Wi-Fi. Price OK. At all good experience.

We stayed for 1 night at a cost of £480 to watch the recent England vs Chille Rugby World Cup game. The hotel is a great location for the stadium hence why I think they are able to command such a high price. Although this hotel is rated a 4 star and we had a superior room the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom was not good. There were stains on the carpet and the bathroom shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. The corridor of the 4th floor which our room was on had sick stains by doors on the carpets. They ran out of orange juice in the morning and the communal area is not particularly welcoming. I made a complaint at the hotel and have e mailed since. I requested a 10% good will gesture, but so far this has not been given. The management have acknowledged responsibility and the short fall of the teams ability to undertake basic requirements via e Mail, however recent correspondence has been very poor. My advice to any traveller is to think twice before booking at this hotel especially when the olympics will be using the grand stadium next yr. It’s disappointing for a large hotel chain that supposedly prides itself on making the experience memorable (there words not mine) to not take action and care about the poor experience a guest incurs especially when poor health and safety practice has been acknowledged. I include photos of room particularly the bathroom and hope this gives future guests the option to look further afield before making this hotel their choice.

The hotel was the perfect location for the rugby at the neighbouring stadium. The prices were vastly inflated for the weekend but it was worth it to us not to have to get back into the town centre after the late night finish. Staff friendly, good security on the day of the event and the breakfast was really good. Metro (Triolo) just a five min walk away.

The location was perfect for the England v Chile rugby game on Saturday 23rd September - a family of two adults, three children aged 16, 14 and 10. Unfortunately we were grossly overcharged - the standard room reserved for my two teenagers was over 6x the usual cost; the superior room with a roll away bed (with broken slats) was over 3x times the usual cost. I reserved through *********** and thought it seemed very expensive but also thought as we were paying directly at the hotel, the rates would be adjusted and more favourable. Radisson appear to be cashing in big time on the popularity of the Rugby World Cup!!

I came 2 nights for the World Cup rugby. Hotel modern, well situated’ plenty restaurants and shops walking distance, subway station less than 10 min walk. Staff very friendly and professional, breakfast very good, wide variety of bread plus croissants and chocolatines, also cereals, omelets and ham.

This hotel is excellent. It lived up to its reputation. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our only regret was not having a mini fridge in our room. It’s not real close to a metro line if you are lugging suitcases but it wasn’t too bad. The restaurants aren’t real close for walking either. But this hotel has spacious rooms and very nice staff.

If you need to be in the vicinity of the Mauroy stadion in Lille, Park Inn has it all: parking capacity, spacious rooms and bathrooms, free wifi, quality beds, quiet environment, a wide selection of restaurants and tavernes just next door, good breakfast and a very helpful, competent staff. Top price/quality ratio. If you expect a wide variety of international tv channels, take Netflix or Disney with you

The last person’s soap was in the tray in the showe. We were told there was no VIP upgrade room available, but the hotel was virtually empty - only a few cars in the car park and only one other person came down for breakfast between 8:30 - 9:30
