The service was excellent we just call them before we arrived we will be late they were so helpful. It was so clean and very good condition. I have 2 kids and they had really fun in the play area. We really enjoyed and love it and definitely recommend it to everyone.

The house is nicely decorated with bright colours and the parc has a nice playground for kids. But the house was very tight and very dirty. They even told us to leave it clean when we checked out... This made me think they might not clean it between costumers. The floor was dirty there was splashes on walls and doors, the bed sheets had hair. The kids playroom was full of hair on the floor, Definitely not a place to come back

STAY AWAY NOT GOOD FOR CHILDREN Turned up here after a long journey from England extremely excited for my children’s dream holiday which soon turned into a nightmare. They gave us wrong caravan which we paid over £700 for 4 nights to be upgraded to a better one as there were a 6 of us and we wanted the extra space. They gave us a standard caravan which looked completely different to what we booked but resembled the £300 standard van. We had some sort of plastic thin mattress which was suppose to be a bed. we couldn’t even enter back to the park after 8pm as there were no security or even any staff to open the gate. we had loud music being played till 4am in the morning. we had a dirty cat keep trying to enter our van. the site is nothing what it states there’s no resultant what so ever but there’s a room which was the restaurant. But now it looks like a jumble sale with all Old furniture. there’s a shop hhhhmmm I’ve seen a bigger tuk shop for a child. there’s a football pitch on site for Children but it’s pitch black they turn all the lights off so kids cant even see the ball. Terrible experience for a dream holiday for a child with a disability. Never again. We complained when we got there but nothing was done but we where just stuck as we couldn’t afford to stay somewhere else without a refund. When we returned home we We have complained and heard absolutely nothing back from the site. DO NOT STAY HERE

We arrived yesterday and are so glad we found a place so reasonable out of season! Fab for Disneyland and exploring the area ! Firstly it is so warm for the children with a heater in every room !! Brilliant!! the cabin was and smelt so clean when we arrived ! The staff friendly and professional !! Actually we saw they do a family cabin with a play room and they agreed to move us as it was more suitable for the children. Facilities look great for the summer months with a pool, restaurant, play park etc 😀 dishwasher, hob, massive fridge and freezer, nespresso machine toaster kettle. Everything you could need. For under £300 for 5 nights we were very impressed. Little pack of tea bags coffee and sugar on arrival and another pack of sponge cloths dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid. Bedding all lovely and clean, laundered. Not a speck of dirt anywhere. Next visit we will book the hot tub !! Thank you so far from the Clark family !

The staff are rasict and abusive , staff members was trying to fight my disabled partner. The water was not working because of an electric wire in the water , was told I had to pay for bottles of water to wash the children , the whole place was like a building site and the shed they put you in aren’t very clean

Booked seven nights there and have zero complaints. Did three days at Disney, and the rest of the time either spent on site using the pool and play areas for the kids, or exploring nearby. Quiet, relaxing, everyone very friendly and helpful. You can tell where upgrades are being made, our cabin was clearly one of the ones that had been recently upgraded. This doesn’t detract from the rest of the place in my opinion. If we have any need to visit the area again, I’d stay there in a heartbeat. Fully recommended!

Clean and warm. Ideal base for family 20 minutes from Disney
