Hotel staff was excellent! Everyone was so nice and helpful. When we arrived our room was ready but there was a lot of sand in the floor. Everything else was clean. It was hot in the elevator and it was very slow! We were on the 7th floor and it took forever to get the elevator. Overall it was a great experience!

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed first of all I asked for towels, and I was told that the lady hadn’t washed any towels and there was no towels available to take a shower. Second of all I had just had surgery on my knee and the first day we were there. The elevator broke down and there’s were only one elevator we were on the fifth floor Third of all I pulled out the pull out, sofa bed because I noticed spots all over the sofa bed, and as soon as I move the cushion, it was loaded with mold and food all up under it so then I went to check the beds. I pulled the sheet back and there was at least 20 stains on the mattress, cover feces, and blood were on the mattress cover it gets better. I took a rag and wiped up the floor for us to lay down for the night because I wouldn’t dare lay on the bed or on the pull out but we had to stay because we had a wedding and the rag was solid black from the floors. We ended up sleeping on the balcony for the entire night, because we were in the room with the mold, my children had to end up going to the hospital when we got home and my son has asthma and ended up with six prescriptions because of his asthma, and after showing the pictures to the doctor, she wrote a note saying it was from the mold in the room next, but not least I opened up the microwave, and it was full of dirty, smelly food. This room could not have been cleaned one bit not to have a towel. The microwave was dirty the floor was dirty the mattress cover had all kinds of stains roaches. I have stayed at millions of hotels and I have never seen that discussed that I seen at this place please please thank 1 million times before you stay here.

We were there for 5 days and housekeeping never came. I asked at the front desk twice for housekeeping to come get trash and towels. I had to get the towels each time we ran out then I was given a trash bag to bring back the dirty towels to the front desk. There were dirty towels outside of the room the first 3 days until I asked the front desk to please get someone to pick them up someone picked them up the next day. I was frustrated that they never picked up the trash or swept the room the whole time we were there. There were 5 bags of trash when we left. The hot water took 5 minutes or more to get to the faucet for us to get warm water. Probably because they were not busy so it had to travel through pipes a long way to get to the room. I had asked for a refund for the last night because I had asked specifically for housekeeping to come to the room Wednesday night and they still had not came by the time we checked out Friday. I could not get a refund because i booked though Travelocity.

Front staff was always nice and friendly. Perfect location to do everything at the oceanfront. Hotel was clean. Was able to get late check out. Would stay again

I made our reservations and sent a message to management about ADA accessibility on April 13 for a trip that was scheduled for April 19. The last day we could cancel was April 15. We got a message on April 17 stating that the rooms were NOT ADA accessible. However, when booking, it’s listed as an accessible property. Turns out, the only accessible feature is the reservation desk. As it was, we could not cancel, and had no other options. We were forced to spend an extra $150 for a walker and a shower seat just to make the stay POSSIBLE. We had to pray the entire trip that the elevator did not break down or a fire break out because then we'd have had two guests stuck in the rooms. If you are going to list your property as accessible, PLEASE MAKE SURE that it IS accessible. This is extremely misleading. Had I not sent a message, I wouldn't even have known this much. Too bad I found out too late to change my reservations and save some money. While the rooms are ok - and that's being generous - do better. We had no toilet paper, our coffee maker was missing parts, the faucet on the sink was broken. I know it's cheap hotel by VB standards, but still make it worth the money to stay at the hotel with no noise restrictions, no bells, and definitely no whistles.

Needs some cosmetic work in addition to facilities work. Our bathroom sink was not even attached to the counter. The bedroom had lots of oil stands above and on the headboard from the last visitors steamy encounter.

The room was dirty. The cleaning staff was amazing the manager is a lied about the condition of room to ******* saying we moved furniture when in fact we didnt. We pulled out the sofa bed. The bed itself was dirty and the floor under it was filthy. The manager had the head cleaning lady come clean it and she was even upset with condition of room. She and another house keeper cleaned whole room and apologized multiple times.

Price for location was great, my door didn’t lock so it was a little sketchy leaving my belongings there during the day and if the wind blew too hard my door would fly open. The room was nice, however housekeeping didn’t do the best job. Hair from the previous stay was still on the shower walls, the floors were filthy and the dressers were extremely dusty. The bed was not the most comfortable, the pillows were great and the linen was clean so that’s all I cared about. The staff were very nice and friendly.

The place was ok in price for a last minute booking, but for it to be n the beach it had a '"hood" feeling. you could still hear kids yelling and screaming at 3 am. The view from our room was nice but the elevator was VERY VERY tiny and creepy to ride when mor than 2 people are inside along with the luggage cart. The tv in the bedroom didn't work, no bugs so that was a blessing. parking was decent.
