ホテル ツァ シュベーネ(Romantik Hotel Zur Schwane)

The hotel location is good for exploring the city. Pleased that there was a dedicated parking. The room was ok, except for the fact that the neighbours had a view into the room. We found the light system in the room quite complicated to operate. We disliked the fact that the lights on toilet and bathroom are operated with a motion sensor, that cannot be switched off. As such we had to switch off the main switch, which led to the fact that our (hearing)devices good not be charged over night. Unfortunately there were many small irritating flies in the restaurant.

From the hearty welcome to the clean and well furnished room, the beautiful exterior and the big breakfast, everything holds a high standard. We had dinner in the restaurant and had planned for something simple but could not resist the four course meny ... and we're happy we did, what an evening! Volkach is really nice and the surroundings equally beautiful, hope to come back!

The hotel is located in the middle of the old town in Volkach. The rooms are very stylish but still modern furnished. We ate very well in the restaurant 1404. The service was perfect. The only thing to criticize is the breakfast arrangement. The quality is very good, but the organization does not really work well. We will be back....

The location and setting are delightful, and the welcome warm. Room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable. Dinner in the courtyard restaurant was good but the service interminably slow: we forsook the dessert. The kitchen and waiting staff appeared to be overstretched, priority presumably being given to the Michelin * restaurant upstairs. The owner's family produce excellent wines which are available for sale.

This hotel is stylish and overall amazing ! The entire staff warm & hospitable going out of their way to ensure our comfort. Another huge plus is the perfect location in the heart of old town Volkach. The complimentary breakfast served in the garden is delicious and the rooms are lovely with very comfortable bedding.

The beautiful hotel is located in the centre of Volkach, close to the town hall and opposite the church. The service ist very good, staff is friendly and always keen to help. The breakfast was excellent and could be taken outside, in the lovely courtyard. The ambience is very medieval

Sehr schönes Romantik-Hotel, besonders freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - das kann man nicht besser haben. Bedingt durch die innerörtliche Lage sind natürlich Einschränkungen wie z.B. die Aussicht eher nicht optimal; dafür ist man mitten in dem schönen, gepflegten mittelalterlich geprägten Städtchen, in dem man sehr schön bummeln kann. Die Abluft im innen liegenden Toiletten und Badbereich könnte verbessert werden.

Wir (meine Frau, meine Töchter und meine Wenigkeit) haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Es stimmt wirklich alles: Das freundliche Personal, das exzellente Essen, die guten Weine und die Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten und einer ausreichenden Nasszelle( ein hartes Kopfkissen wäre zu begrüssen).

Hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei euch! Das superfreundliche Team, das leckere Essen, der gute Wein, alles perfekt. die kleinen Details machen den Unterschied, wunderschön eingerichtete Zimmer. Tolle Gastgeber mit super Qualitätsanspruch. Dankeschön!
