An amazingly beautiful place to stay. Check in was fabulous, gave thorough information of the town, parking and restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was plentiful and he explained every item and cake that was available which was all delicious. Pool a little chilly but it was September but beautiful gardens and setting.

We travel a lot, but this place is amazing! Wspaniale miejsce, świetna baza wypadowa, blisko do pięknych miejsc w Toskanii. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny. Śniadanie doskonałe. Do centrum Volterra 5 min jazdy. Gorąco polecamy!

I just cannot say enough of this place I loved so much. Luca and his family were so nice, friendly, helpful, their breakfast is like having a breakfast in Heaven. Everything was local, fresh, and very delicious. I got a picture from the top of Volterra to the Villa and it looks like a fairytale. One morning after breakfast, we just sat and relaxed around the pool, our kids played, and it was like being in Paradise surrounding of many white butterflies, many beautiful trees, olives, figs, pomegranates…. So, so beautiful!! I’m so grateful for this wonderful service and for making our 20 wedding anniversary so special. I’ll never forget this beautiful place. Thank you again Luca and family.

This is a great place to stay! We booked the appar**ent which was spacious and also quiet at night. The owner of the hotel is a very friendly guy, who could speak English really well and had lots of worthwhile Tips where to eat and what to visit. The garden and pool were beautiful with a fantastic view of Tuscany. We thought the location was perfect, only an hour to the Coast, or Siena and 45 mins to San Gimignano. But the best thing about this B&B was the breakfast! What a choice on the buffet with at least 4 warm local dishes and about 6 homemade cakes to finish off with. Great value at 8 € with as many Latte Macchiatos to go with it as you wish. We will come again! Thank you Luca!

Super hosts, going out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Stayed here just one night mid September. Lovely hotel near a great town. Each room had its own outside seating area. The pool was beautiful - large with plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was best we had in our tour of Tuscany with lots of home made produce. We had the budget room because that was the only room left but it was fine and excellent value. Need to say also that our host was extremely informative - a very warm welcome and went out of his way for us. Will definitely return.

This hotel proves that official star ratings mean nothing! It is apparently 3 star but I have stayed in 5 star hotels that are less enjoyable. Spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean rooms, swimming pool and a truly delicious breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners. For example their recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing are spot on. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place to stay. Nice size, comfortable room. Great view. Relaxing grounds with pool. Overall, the hosts were very polite and accommodating. Excellent breakfast!
