非常に平均的で高価です。オールインクルーシブのホテルを見つけたほうがいいです

カンクン/チェトゥマル地域には家族がたくさんいるので、いつも家族と一緒に旅行しており、私はそこに一晩滞在しました。床はとても汚れていて、到着したときに使用済み/汚れたタオルが2枚ありましたが、気にせず脇に置いておきました。チェックアウト時にタオル代として100ドルのメキシコペソを請求されました。バスルームの浴槽にも汚れがたくさんありました。支払った料金に見合うものは得られますが、清掃はもっと良かったかもしれません。チェックアウト中の女の子はフレンドリーではありませんでした。すべて問題なく、また来たいと思いましたが、フロントデスクの従業員から始まるチェックアウトのひどい経験はお勧めしません。

忙しい一日の後にリラックスできる静かなスポット。ショッピングや夜のエンターテイメントも充実していました。バルコニーからの海の景色がとても気に入りました。滞在するには良い場所です。

ここは景色が良くて素敵な場所でした。クラブに行きたいなら素晴らしいロケーション。昼夜を通して騒がしいですが、全体的には素晴らしいロケーションです

私は以前ここに滞在したことがありますが、いつもここが最高の秘密の場所だと感じていました。便利な場所にある清潔で丁寧な小さなコンドミニアム。 今回は部屋にとてもがっかりしました...彼らは私たちをランダムな食器や調理器具のある古い時代遅れの部屋に通しました。他のユニットに比べて全体的に非常に悪い状態でした。

サルビア・カンクンでは素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。 10/10 強くお勧めします。唯一注意すべきことは、毎晩午前 3 時まで近くのクラブの騒音が聞こえることです。

私の部屋にはゴキブリがいました。彼らは掃除をすると言った日に掃除をしませんでした。チェックインしたとき、バスルームは清潔ではありませんでした。前の居住者のシャンプーがあり、尿のような臭いがしました。トイレットペーパーが足りない。毛布はありません。ストーブの上で感電し続けました。

Deposit $100 for towels!!!!! You should see the towels, better bring yours and not use the hotels. THERE WAS NO LIGHT for hours during two nights in January. Imagine, the fridge didn't work, no air conditioning, the elevator didn't work, nothing. THE ELEVATOR DIDN'T WORK, was out of service, for one day. We had to climb to the 7th floor. What do they do with the people with wheelchairs? There was NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER for so many nights that I stopped counting them. They clean the apartments every two days. And don't do it well, since we had cockroaches in our apartment. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE PERMANENTLY CLOSED AND NOT SOLD TO CUSTOMERS! We also had a problem the moment we arrived at the hotel, with breakfast. At the reception, they don't know "when is breakfast served and if we do have or have not breakfast included". They say to contact the person through whom we paid the hotel to arrange that. WHAT THE H*LL???????? And of course nobody has breakfast in the place, since breakfast is expensive and you don't even get the staff you paid for! Breakfast should be: eggs, 3 pieces of half toast, 1 jam, 1 butter, juice and terrible coffee. We got juice one day and rest of the days didn't see it, and of course, sometimes you get jam and butter, sometimes you don't. I WAS SHOCKED

This building is OLD and in poor to fair condition. We rented a Penthouse and we were disappointed with the accommodations dirty, poor water pressure, the beach was very busy and DIRTY, pool was cold. WOULD'NT recommend staying unless you are on a BUDGET and party mode close to bars and night clubs.

I booked 2 ocean view rooms only got one. Staff couldn’t have cared less. Marnie the go between ******* and the hotel was useless she said I could cancel the booking thru ******* nice to put me in a position where I would have to find another hotel at 4pm with 7 in our party. *******s agents 4 in total left me high and dry with no conclusion very disappointing after spending thousands of dollars with them thru the years

The location is great if you like a party and loud noises. If you like peace and tranquility, this is Not your place. This 'hotel' is right beside Coco Bongo and all the parties in the Cancun hotel area. The hotel is old and outdated. Our suite didn't look nothing like the one in the pictures. A good thing was that the balcony was located at the ocean side, but still, the party music was super loud. We had to leave the balcony door closed at all times. From the 4 nights we stayed there, housekeeping didn't show, but for sure, we expected a tip as the envelope was there. Furniture, mattress and pillows, and towels all old. As an expert traveler, I would advise staying away from this 'hotel'

Great spot close to the action, with highly secure entrance and great amenities. Amazing views, towel service, pool, beachfront access, and near shops, bars, clubs, restaurants. All within walking distance.
