Very pleasant hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Tea and coffee making facilities included along with showering product. The swimming pool was closed at the time of our visit. Excellent service from all the staff, especially those in the onsite restaurant. Food was very good. Would definitely stay here if visiting Petra.

We had a lovely time in this wonderful hotel , every thing was great including the staff, rooms and meals too ❤I suggest you try this hotel if you are looking for comfort, safety, and some tranquility, as it is a little far from the city center..

A beautiful, beautiful, comfortable and quiet hotel. Everything was suitable for us. We went on a trip to Petra. It was a beautiful trip. The hotel was wonderful. Great staff. Excellent food. Clean and new rooms. I recommend it

The hotel is very nicely furnished, the food is rather inferior to the category. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and during breakfast or dinner I lost $200 from a closed room from my purse, from my wallet. Otherwise, I always carried everything with me. I didn't think something like this could happen in a 4* hotel.

This was a really nice hotel situated right at the entrance of the town of Wadi Musa, immediately opposite Moses’ Spring. We had a huge room with a really comfortable bed. The hotel has a new name and appears to have undergone renovation - the bathroom seemed to be brand new. There was an excellent evening buffet with a huge variety of dishes and a very impressive dessert buffet. Breakfast was also an excellent buffet and staff were friendly and efficient. It was an excellent base for our visit to Petra - just a few minutes drive down through the town to the Visitor’s Centre. There is a very convenient small supermarket immediately opposite the hotel too. The swimming pool was undergoing renovation but we arrived too late to be able to make use of it anyway.

It was a wonderful experience for me and my wife, as we were newly married. The hotel provided us with wonderful welcome items. The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. As for dinner, it was one of the best options available to me. The room was clean and comfortable. I would very much like to come back there.

It is a beautiful hotel, wonderful and quiet rooms, remarkably well.. The food is very tasty.. There is free parking, free internet, and items in the room coffee and water are free .. the tent beside the swimming pool area ❤️

So lets say what is the Petra Castel Hotel, it is located on the road towards Maan and Amman, there is an interesting feature across the road and is called the Moses fountain.....it is said that is the place Moses hit the stone and water came out. As for the hotel, the evening we arrived we had a room on the 4th floor but the elevators of the hotel were not working,....happens....the room is a bit small, but was ok, but the funny thing was to take a shower. The water comes out in pulses, something very strange, they have to correct it, it is warm and then lukewarm....not only in my room other guests also complained about it. As for breakfast is fine and with some variety, dinner was ok nothing special, but there was food....at the end after walking 12.5 kms in Petra you want to rest. The TV setup is strange and has plenty of Arab TV stations but I never found anything to watch. As for the surroundings of the Hotel, they have a open pool, but in the morning the Mosque very near will wake you up. at least from the side my room was.

Esperienza un po' sfortunata con la camera: lenzuola sporche, abbiamo dovuto chiedere il cambio. Bollitore sporchissimo all'interno, chiesto il cambio. Frigobar non funzionante, una abat-jour rotta, tubo della doccia rotto, acqua che arrivava a singhiozzo...questo l'abbiamo "sopportato", stanchi di fare rimostranze. Ascensori molto sporchi e maleodoranti. In compenso ristorante con cucina buona e varia.
