Nothing wrong with the hotel itself, clean and tidy enough, room ok.
Service a complete mixed bag - met at the 'modern' self check type service that is not an enjoyable experience. The lady grunting and pointing her figure, obviously completely bored with her lot, is really in need of some customer service training. The exact opposite at check out, lovely lady, friendly charming and helpful.
Restaurant/grill - poor and expensive - go out to somewhere else, even KFC is an upgrade an 2mins walk across the car park. Unlikely to return
